I would highly recommend this florist! Victor was so easy to work with and has the best customer service! He was able to get the arrangement created and delivered within a couple of hours. He also sent me pictures of the actual arrangement delivered, which I really appreciate, and found the correct hospital room it was to be delivered to since the room number I gave him was not correct. You will truly be grateful if you go with Vior for all your floral needs!! All the amazing reviews are spot on!

The arrangement was beautiful and I got prompt notification of the delivery and confirmation of who they dropped the arrangement off with at her retirement community. I thought she'd really like some flowers so the evening before her birthday, I looked at some reviews, chose and put an order with VIOR. It was super easy to order, got confirmation quickly through their system. I simply called in the next day to confirm and spoke with Victor who was absolutely lovely. He was so thorough in repeating my order and assuring me that it would be delivered shortly. Very kind and friendly. They made the arrangement extra beautiful and was worth the price. I specified that sunflowers were really special to us as they symbolize someone dear who was lost. They put sunflowers and other flowers that went with them, very skillfully arranged! Shortly after delivery, I received confirmation that the flowers had arrived. I was very happy with VIOR, would definitely order from them again and highly recommend you do the same!

Definitely recommend this florist. They went above and beyond for a 1-day notice the day before Xmas. The flowers were gorgeous and healthy... not a single dead or wilted one! I love that they texted that they arrived since I sent them from another state.

I recently ordered a succulent arrangement for a client who was in the hospital. I contacted Vior Floral late in the day (just before 3pm I believe) and inquired about same day delivery, but was initially told it was too late (understandable) and they could deliver early the next morning. The client was going to stay overnight in the hospital anyways so I said no problem and placed the order. I asked Victor to make sure the flowers go directly to the client's room so they don't get misplaced by the front desk/reception. He understood and said they always deliver to the room. Fast forward maybe an hour (possibly even less), and Victor called me to say he was able to get the arrangement out and was at the hospital but the client wasn't there! I called the nurse's station and the client was discharged early. I asked Victor to deliver the flowers to the client's home in Fairfield and he said he could do that the next day. I offered to pay a second delivery fee. The client sent me an email thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. I called Victor back to pay the 2nd delivery fee and he said don't worry about it. He told me what a big smile the client had on her face because she was so happy to receive the flowers. Customer service was outstanding and I would definitely use this florist again! read more

When they say Vior floral art, they mean it! Truly talented, gorgeous arrangements. I ordered the night before Christmas Eve and there was no issue delivering...and with the delivery confirmation, they even sent me pictures of the arrangement! So many times, you send flowers and have to wonder how they turned out...not with Vior Floral Art. I appreciated their quality work and I was blown away by the follow up. These guys go waaay above and beyond to provide beautiful floral arrangements at a reasonable price. I placed a last-minute order for an arrangement. The florist called me to explain that he tried all his suppliers and couldn't find a particular flower, but that he would substitute a live orchid in its place. The result was stunning and better than what I'd originally ordered. It's so rare to get this kind of caring service these days. read more
