I emailed to see if delivery would be possible and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate response which I received. A couple back and forth emails to clarify exactly what we wanted to send and how much we wanted to spend, and it was taken care of. Then I found out mother-in-law was taking her actual birthday off and wouldn't be at work to receive the delivery, so I had to email again to see if it would be possible to move the delivery to the next day--'not a problem!' was the response I received. Got an email from a pleasantly surprised birthday lady the next day, along with a picture of a beautiful arrangement in a great vase.
