She can be quite a handful when it comes to getting a bath, cut, and nail trim. The staff was super pleasant and very understanding when I brought in prescription shampoo. They also tried their best with Mocha's nails but still respected her space. Mocha came home happy and pleased, and that means the world to me when we have to find a new groomer. 10/10 recommend and will be back!
