Dana came across very unschooled when it came to relating to patient needs. She is not fit to be working in the medical arena. There is a required decorum and skill necessary when dealing with the public and she certainly lacked it. She screamed and hollered like an uncontrollable crazy lady toward me two different times when I requested to know who I was speaking with when I had a question regarding Medicare - being that it was my first year. She favors trying to degrade and intimidate another when she thought they were inquiring to much information. They are always courteous, cheerful and helpful. Blake has been wonderful in helping us all with our different issues. He is so very caring and truly wants to help heal. His approach with us has been to tackle our issues as naturally as possible. Lifestyle changes along with certain medications for a "season" to get us back on track. We nor he wants to see us on a pill if we don't have to be. Blake is so easy to talk to. I have met very few with such a great bedside manner.
