Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. They didn't require a deposit. The chairs look SPECTACULAR. The craftsperson removed some tufting, created new seat pillows and a denser cushion as well as new springs in the seat. My only complaint is that they never called me with the estimate and it ended up being more than I expected by about 30%. But, in a Safavieh catalog the chairs would have been much more in a lesser fabric, so I'm happy.

It needed a full replacement of the main zipper along with a few minor repairs. These folks are consummate professionals who clearly respect both materials and workmanship. The quality of the work is exceptional--you would never know any repair had been done. They restored the bag to its original splendor, carefully cleaning the leather and canvas while preserving the wonderful patina that only time and use can create.
