    I can't express how happy I am with every part of this experience. When I called in, the owner patiently listened to exactly what I was looking for and went back and forth with ideas and inspiration until I felt completely confident she understood what I was going for. As you can see from the photo, she perfectly executed the pink theme I requested while also keeping the vibe professional and celebratory. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and the card right before it went out for delivery which I thought was an incredible touch, to make sure everything looked as I expected. I'm honestly a little shocked (in the best way) at how large and stunning the bouquet was for the price point I requested ($100). Delivery was an additional $10, which I feel is very standard. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also a quick note if anyone's trying to use the website: they are aware that it is no longer online, it was a purposeful choice. Just call them up, and they'll more than take care of you.

    Beautiful flower arrangement by Donna

    Donna put together a stunning flower arrangement for me. Delivered with 24 hours notice. Recipient was absolutely thrilled. I basically just gave her a price range and told her to do her thing. She is very talented.

    I called Florevermore Florist at noon yesterday--the Saturday after they had already closed for the long Labor Day weekend--crossing my fingers that they might answer the phone anyway. They did answer, and told me they would be able to deliver an arrangement to my aunt today, the Sunday of Labor Day weekend! I spoke to the kind business owner, then to his wonderful wife, Donna, who designs the arrangements. She couldn't have been more accommodating or lovelier to talk to. She designed a gorgeous arrangement that her husband delivered to my aunt before noon today, not even 24 hours after I had called them to order. (She even sent me photos of the arrangement once it was all done.) I'm so grateful! If you want to send flowers to someone special and are looking for excellent service provided by kind, helpful business owners, this is the place. I would order from them again without hesitation.

    Ordered a birthday arrangements over the phone based on a picture I had seen on the site as well as a brief description when speaking with them on the phone. The next day I received a photo of my arrangement, I was just beautiful. I happen to be in the East Coast a few days later and the arrangements still looked beautiful definitely recommend.

    We were beyond happy and grateful with the amazing floral design Donna created . A dear friend's Mother had passed and her favorite flowers were purple and lilies. I called Florevermore and spoke with the designer. Donna and we spoke about what we had in mind. This caring and beautiful understanding , was a great comfort to the bereaved, and to us as well.     I can't say enough great things about Donna and her team. I've ordered flowers from her a few times and every time she knocks it out of the park! I've ordered from so many different florists in NYC, Tampa Bay, and Melbourne yet no one compares to Florevermore! The flowers are always absolutely gorgeous, her customer service comes second to none, and she goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Their prices are also extremely competitive! The last arrangement I ordered was a custom arrangement for Mother's Day, which she happily accepted and it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Meanwhile, other florists were only accepting orders for pre-made arrangements so I really appreciated her accepting a custom order even though it was one of the busiest times of the year. The person I was ordering flowers for (my aunt) happens to be allergic to Lilies, but I couldn't remember specifically what flower at the time so Donna made an "allergy friendly" arrangement and I could not be more grateful for her to take the time to consider excluding flowers that most people have an allergy to and I'd also like to recognize the knowledge and experience it takes to know which flowers to avoid. My aunt was so thrilled with the arrangements from here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around.

    Absolutely nailed it! I expressed the color and couple of flowers to use and even to not make it so uniform and more natural. Donna sent me the picture in 15 minutes and I loved it. Want to discuss my daughter's wedding now! Highly recommend this local and family business for over 25 yrs.

    Florevermore Florist is THE place to order flowers for your family, friends or co-workers. The flower arrangement that I ordered turned our absolutely charming and beautiful. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Donna was very good at explaining what the arrangement would look like and even sent me a photo of the finished arrangements.     Beautiful planter delivered by Florevermore

    I messed up and forgot to order flowers for my sister's bday. I did a quick Google search and found Florevermor. I clicked through their website and found a planter I liked for her and added to my cart. I filled out the delivery info and very clearly in bold, red font it states (paraphrasing), "same day deliveries placed after 1:00 may not be delivered until the next business day." No worries...I forgot to order early. Tomorrow is fine." Donna called me a couple of hours later and asked what day her birthday was (today or tomorrow). I told her it was today, but I messed up so tomorrow would be fine for delivery. She said she didn't have that planter in stock (her delivery truck comes Tuesday morning and this was Monday afternoon), but she'd try to get one and have it delivered today, but would be in touch. She did it! She found a beautiful planter, added a birthday hat AND a pinwheel! Plus, it was delivered before 5pm. Donna said she hated to miss anyone's birthday so she made her best effort to make sure it arrived ON her birthday. Donna and Florevermore have my business...Florevermore.

Unfortunately, I'll be establishing a relationship with a more reasonable florist. UPDATE in response to owner's reply: Thank you for the response. It actually confirmed every concern I had. A potential customer sharing honest feedback about pricing is not a personal attack. It's market feedback. The fact that you opened with sarcasm ('Very nice of you!') rather than genuine engagement says more about your customer service than a one-star review ever could. A few points worth addressing: - You explained that the flat rate is 'justifiable' due to gas and insurance. I live one mile away. A 3-minute round trip for $14 works out to roughly $280/hour in delivery overhead. If gas prices have risen enough to justify that, we are apparently in an end of the world crisis that I was not aware of. Last I checked gas was $3.75/gallon. I understand costs exist; I questioned whether this structure is reasonable. Those are different things. The current zip code model disproportionately favors customers further away from you, and brings unreasonable costs to your closest neighbors. - You suggested I simply pick up in-store. I wanted a delivery service. A business that responds to delivery pricing concerns with 'just come get it yourself' has missed the point entirely. - You mentioned this affects livelihoods which is precisely why customer feedback about pricing exists. If a potential customer can't get through the checkout process, that is livelihood-relevant information. A business open to that feedback might have earned a customer. This response ensured you won't. - You closed with 'We'll be praying for you.' To a stranger who flagged a pricing concern. I'll let that speak for itself. - I wish your staff well, but a business that responds to unconverted customers with condescension and prayer has bigger challenges than my review. I hope future customers find this thread useful before deciding where to spend their money. My review began only with concerns on unreasonable delivery fees, but my concerns obviously have grown to general customer service and judgement from the owner.

I knew going in, things might not be feasible due to time, but I was curious what my options were. Unfortunately the two men who were working on 2/7/26 at about 2:30pm when I went in really made me feel stupid. I was "going to be laughed at anywhere else I went" and they were "the only florist that would entertain" the idea of getting me the flowers in a 3 week window around the Valentine's holiday. These are the direct words from them to me. Again, i understand the timeframe isn't ideal, and even would have understood if they flat out told me it wasn't possible. But to make me feel like an inconvenience and just plain dumb for asking if it was possible made me dismiss the whole idea of going to a local florist and figure it out on my own. They offered for me to come back on 2/18 when their prices come back down after Valentine's, but still made it clear that it probably can't be done. By that point after what they already said, I was done and had tears in my eyes. They asked me what my backup plan was, and when I told them, they back tracked and said they have"heard horror stories" about this particular chain and the flowers "come in three weeks late, we can help you on the 18th." I'm sorry, which answer is it? You're the only store who will "entertain my request" but probably won't be able to, or "we are the only oncs who can do it, that chain is no good"? Won't be getting my business ever.
