When I called in, the owner patiently listened to exactly what I was looking for and went back and forth with ideas and inspiration until I felt completely confident she understood what I was going for. I can't say enough great things about Donna and her team. I've ordered flowers from her a few times and every time she knocks it out of the park! I've ordered from so many different florists in NYC, Tampa Bay, and Melbourne yet no one compares to Florevermore! The flowers are always absolutely gorgeous, her customer service comes second to none, and she goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Their prices are also extremely competitive! The last arrangement I ordered was a custom arrangement for Mother's Day, which she happily accepted and it was one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Meanwhile, other florists were only accepting orders for pre-made arrangements so I really appreciated her accepting a custom order even though it was one of the busiest times of the year. The person I was ordering flowers for (my aunt) happens to be allergic to Lilies, but I couldn't remember specifically what flower at the time so Donna made an "allergy friendly" arrangement and I could not be more grateful for her to take the time to consider excluding flowers that most people have an allergy to and I'd also like to recognize the knowledge and experience it takes to know which flowers to avoid. Most of the time, you really have no idea what's being delivered because of the fact that, when you order online, you're usually agreeing to a substitution policy that essentially means that the final product may differ from what you see when you order. I messed up and forgot to order flowers for my sister's bday. I did a quick Google search and found Florevermor. I clicked through their website and found a planter I liked for her and added to my cart. I filled out the delivery info and very clearly in bold, red font it states (paraphrasing), "same day deliveries placed after 1:00 may not be delivered until the next business day." No worries...I forgot to order early. Tomorrow is fine." Donna called me a couple of hours later and asked what day her birthday was (today or tomorrow). I told her it was today, but I messed up so tomorrow would be fine for delivery. She said she didn't have that planter in stock (her delivery truck comes Tuesday morning and this was Monday afternoon), but she'd try to get one and have it delivered today, but would be in touch. She did it! She found a beautiful planter, added a birthday hat AND a pinwheel! Plus, it was delivered before 5pm. Long distance order for Valentines Day to 3 of the most important women in my life. This florist was slammed on Valentines Day and because of the laid back ego of my women I knew delivery the next day would bot be an issue for them. I spoke with 2 different people at the shop, who were quite accommodating and pleasant. I wanted the delivery without a vase. The first person, (male sounding voice)told me that it could be done and that if i gave him a price point he would include the flowers i requested. I called to confirm my mother , grandmother and aunts favorite flowers so that i could make sure they were all pleased with the bouquet . I called back relatively quickly and another person (female sounding voice) originally told Me that it could be done. I went over the order with her reiterating the choice of bouquet and the specification of no vase. The household where these flowers were going has received over 28 vases in a few short years and specifically demanded that flowers be delivered without a vase. The female voice then told me she would not feel comfortable that the flowers would travel well without the vase. While i was disappointed with the overlooked request, i hoped that the custom arrangement would be spectacular and illustrate why the vase was needed. The flowers were delivered as promised and closely resembled the original bouquet chosen on their website for inspiration, however it did not resemble the extra flourish that was expected. Both voices were extremely professional and a request for calla lillies was denied because the female voice stated that due to the bouquet the calla lily would need too much water. While i am not a florist, and do not know enough about flowers to know what the effect of the calla lily would be on the bouquet, my 90 year old grandmother would have definitely been okay with adding more water to the vase during their short lifetime. Especially since i specified i was willing to pay up to $150 dollars for the flowers. The recipients of the flowers were pleases with the flowers , which i expected (surprise flowers are always well received) and for the time (less than one days notice) i am grateful for the sentiment, however I really would have liked to have gotten my specific request honored. read more

WOW what a precious couple that owns this Florist! I will never shop anywhere else for my special occasion and floral needs. I ran out the morning of my teenagers PROM after he had decided to invite two of his friends at the last minute. One of his friends was a young lady and he wanted her to give her some flowers as a sign of friendship. I explained to the owner that this prom was being thrown by the local Children's Hospital for sick kids who were going through treatment and would not necessarily be able to attend their own public school proms. She was an angel and immediately had the perfect flowers to match her dress perfectly!! She and I both had a wonderful conversation about how this must be "divine intervention"! How I found her shop the morning of the prom through the YELP app! How when I called her shop, she said to come by that morning and she could definitely help me with my "last minute" order. While I waited she stopped everything else to take care of me!! She made the most beautiful "hand tied" bouquet. When she was finished she handed me the flowers, I went to pay for them, and she gave me a huge hug from one mom to another and stated that was enough of a payment!!! I was blown away by her generosity and very unexpected random act of kindness. This is a business owner in my community that puts her customers above all else!! She has a beautiful little shop with so many amazing arrangements and even had silk prom corsages "ready to go" for families like mine that always seem to be needing things at the last minute.
