They have done flooring, trimwork, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, restoration and mold remediation, drywall, painting, steel-framed modular partitions, roofing, windows, custom doors and custom reception desks. They also helped us with some HVAC troubleshooting which we needed at one point. We have been working with Jonathan and the owner/ GC, Matt, they have always been informative, helpful, transparent, met our budget demands and time constraints. In situations that need to be quickly resolved they have been there to save the day. I will give a brief example, right before Hurricane Milton & Hurricane Helene came through, we had existing water leaks in a section of one of our schools that was leaking with regular rainfall. In less than one week's time Construction Corps were able to get their roofers out there to fully replace the flat roof which was done without a hitch and saved us from any storm damage. I would highly recommend Construction Corps for any of your construction needs, this is a business who cares about their clients and their quality of work, are consistent and do what they say they're going to do which is hard to find.

From the start Construction Corps did things that were unethical. They wanted to charge me almost…read more$1,000 to paint my bedroom ceiling after mold remediation, nothing else! I had to hire another company to paint the entire interior of my house, since the mold remediation was in several rooms of my house, not just my bedroom. Then they hired Cat 5 Roofing as their Subcontractor, but never gave me a Warranty for the Roof, no matter how many times I asked! My roof is now less than a year old, and was leaking in my attic, so I taped and sprayed all the attic seams with waterproof sealant, which did stop the leak! Contacted both Construction Corps and Cat 5 Roofing, and was told the leaking roof was not their fault, and they wanted me to pay an additional fee of almost $1,000 to fix the problem they created. I therefore contacted the Pinellas County Sheriff and other Government Agencies for possible Elder Fraud. Think twice before hiring this company, or you will be sorry that you did so!
