After dealing with high quotes and poor follow-up from other companies, it was refreshing to find a team that was responsive, professional, and made the process stress-free from the very first meeting. Veto was especially accommodating with scheduling and product selections, which made everything even easier. Our old siding had definitely seen better days, and I knew I wanted Hardie siding for its durability and warranty. Learning that Alpine had just won a Hardie Award gave us extra peace of mind. We ultimately chose pre-painted James Hardie lap siding in Iron Gray with crisp Arctic White trim--a combination that completely transformed the house. Neighbors constantly compliment the new look, calling it sharp and coastal. In addition to the siding, Alpine upgraded all our windows to dark brown aluminum PGT impact windows, replaced the soffits with pre-painted white aluminum, and installed two new French doors in the back along with a new storm-resistant front entry door. Having one trusted contractor handle everything--rather than juggling multiple companies--was a huge benefit. The results exceeded our expectations. The Iron Gray siding paired with the bright white trim created a timeless coastal style that fits our Redington Beach neighborhood perfectly. As a result, the crown molding was installed upside down, doors were not aligned, trim was missing, some plumbing fixtures were not tightened, touch up paint did not match the cabinets, you could see light between the cabinet and the crown molding, and more. I have several emails back and forth between several email addresses starting in November, 2024. After MANY exchanges of emails, pictures of bad workmanship, phone calls with another representative, we finally had another person come out a couple of times. His first visit was to see what needed completed. The next visit he replaced the crown molding. But even with his work, you could look up the cabinet and see daylight between the cabinet and the crown molding. He told us he would be back. I have traded many messages over several months, and finally I was ignored. No responses to my text messages. This guy left an opened caulking gun on top of one of the cabinets. From a failed attempt to put black caulking between the crown molding and cabinet. The cabinets are gray. I understand Morgan Exteriors was trying to expand into Jacksonville, Fl. I understand the difficulties with getting installers, and/or subcontractors. But this experience was not good. After more emails from me in March 2026, I am now being ignored by Morgan as well. At this point, I don't want anyone from, or representing Morgan to return to our house. I can't trust that it would cause more harm than good. I'll have to find someone on my own to fix the issues at my expense. I cannot just let it go without other people knowing about our experience. This may be specific to Jacksonville, Florida. I cannot just walk away without saying something.

I was then told that I would have to purchase the siding, find an installer, have it replaced and then put in for reimbursement. Furthermore, because it is such a small job, I have been unable to find anyone willing to do it, after several months of searching. This company has not stood by their work nor honored their contract with me.
