I'd recommend going elsewhere for your insurance needs. There are numerous legitimate reasons for my warning. ZERO pro activity to help navigate they dynamic homeowners & flood insurance markets is the least offensive. With other professional brokers/companies available, skipping these guys will save you potential future headaches. read more

This company should be called BESTQUOTE/WORSTEXPERIENCE! They respond, promise you this and that and then they become like shadow people. You know they are there but you can't prove it. DON'T GO HERE under any circumstances unless you are looking for frustration, lies, and letdowns. Nothing good happens here. Just a warning! read more

We have counted on FBQ for our homeowner's insurance on two different homes over the last 8 years. While we had an issue the first year we worked with them, Jeanette (the owner) was very responsive back then, reaching out and working to resolve things. While we tried reaching our former agent (who apparently is no longer working for FBQ) and left messages for Jeanette, she has not reached back. Given other recent negative reviews, it seems our recent experience is that of other customers as well. read more

MANY OF YOU ARE LIKELY UNDER INSURED!! WATCH OUT!! My wife and I moved into a new home and were referred to these people for insurance. They tell us during the process that we are "fully insured", even labelling their .pdf attachments for the policies as such. We later have a claim and file the paperwork. The Management of this company verbally tell us we are "don't worry you are fully covered". Come to find out they were not being truthful with us. While our house was insured the "other items" which includes most everything except the dwelling was VERY under insured, which has now costs us 30k in hard $ due to their error. Even our mortgage person who referred us to these people learned JUST LIKE US when he called them JUST LIKE US. Florida Best Quote tells people they are insured when you call them. But when you call the actual insurance company YOU LEARN THE TRUTH-that you only have partial coverage. In our case we would have been PROPERLY insured for just another 300.00 per year. And we pay for A TON of insurance every month. When we asked the owners to look into this they gave us lip service and then did nothing except continue to lie to us. Dishonorable people for sure!-Please don't get scammed like we did. And if you do let us know as we are pursuing legal action as these people should be banned from the insurance business. read more

they got me avatar which was good while in business . they went out of business as of 14th of march . i didn't get notified until 29th of march and had to have insurance by the 13 of april . they quoted me 1769 with a good home inspection which i did get fast and 1849 with out . never was told 2300 which i got stuck with . and i kept calling almost every day so did my wife . so i was forced to sign or i would have a lapse in coverage . i don't really care if there are 200 of us i only care about me and my family period and everyone else is the same. so i am sure they knew way before me . .they could have kept me more informed with all the calling i and my wife did . read more
