Armando to the rescue - a second time! My Tesla froze up like an ice cream sandwich. Wouldn't unlock or acknowledge us - it certainly wouldn't move out of park. The dealer said it needs to be towed in, so I thought I'd try Armando again. Another terrific experience - he had a driver here within 20 minutes. Not as a promise, as an actual driver with an actual tow truck. 30 minutes of fussing with this car that wouldn't be moved and Armando had it wrestled onto his truck and safely on its way to Tesla. He could have raked us over the coals for how difficult this way, but as last time, I have to thank him for being so fair and so fast - Florida Best really is exactly that!! read more

Floridas Best Towing is the best experience Ive ever had with a towing service. I was having a very full day already when my wifes car quit. later in the day i looked for a towing service. The first service i called i could not hear the guy talking because so much noise in the background. I called Florida Best and the gentleman took my information, i told him i had an appointment i had to get to and please be there when he said. I arrived on site and the tow truck was already there, five minutes later my car was on his truck. My wife told me later that the driver had covred one of the windows that was open with a towel on the way home so things inside wouldnt blow around. I highly recommend Florida Best Towing. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE service. My car got stuck in mud so I called them and the guy barely asked any questions, just said to text him the address and hung up. Not professional at all. So then I call him back asking if he got the address, he says yeah, and he'll be there 35-40 min. I waited close to an hour and it started pouring, so I called him asking him how far away he was and he told me 20 min. 20 min goes by, I call again upset but still politely asking when will he be here since he originally told me 35-40 min. He hesitated, sounds unsure and says let me check my gps. He says "uh 19 min". Are you kidding me?? I get upset and he just says "ok find someone else then". HORRIBLE company. He didn't apologize or anything and wasted my time. Thanks for nothing. read more

So there I was rushing around Palm Beach County trying to get things in order before a trip and out of nowhere on 95 there's debris which I nearly missed. However, whatever it was got my back tire and I immediately knew a tire change was necessary. Now I have roadside assistance but the tow was an hour wait which put a damper on all my errands and annoyed me as I felt my being stranded-ish was a priority. After about five minutes of impatiently waiting I decided I could change a tire and would not let this slow my day, I got out of the car in an attempt to change a tire after learning how to 12 years ago during drivers ed. I took out the jack and all its accessories, referenced my manual just in case I couldn't tell where to put the jack all while on the phone with a friend who was guiding me as much as possible through the steps. Then out no where just when my frustration was setting in these two guys stopped from Florida Best Towing and literally had my tire changed in less than 5 minutes where as it took me longer than that to get the jack out and reference my manual. These guys were excellent and beyond great. They truly saved my day! read more
