My experience with Florida blue reps at this office has been annoyingly frustrating. My call was routed from the marketplace to their office and unfortunately had the displeasure of working with Emmanuel. He started off by boasting of his 'expertise' as a Florida blue rep and assuring me that my husband and i are in great hands. The insurance was set up in October, after payment and confirming everything he gave a lot of assurances as far as the plan commencement date. When my husband arrived at the clinics he was told his last name was incorrect and placed as the primary and his coverage for dental and health was a month out when I called Emmanuel about the error he became extremely defensive and argumentative and refused to own up to his errors. Eventually, I started to experience more issues with our plan as far as the immigration status etc.. etc and ended up having to restart another plan now. This has NOT been a great experience to say the least. read more

Getting setting up with Florida Blue has been a terrible experience for my husband and I. We moved to Miami and wanted to have both health and dental insurance by November 1. We set things up in October and chose one of the most expensive plans because we wanted to have great coverage in anticipation of starting a family next year. Our insurance was set up incorrectly - my husbands last name was incorrect, he was supposed to be the main policy holder for business purposes and instead I was listed as the main policy holder, and our address was listed incorrectly. We were told that the only way to correct all of these things was to cancel the entire policy and request a refund which delays the start of our health insurance at least two months. We did this and two weeks later, we received no refund and found out it was sent to an incorrect address. If we want to get insurance during the open enrollment period and not wait a whole year, we will have to shell out more money even though we're out over $1000. Definitely not happy with this experience and we're consider other health insurance companies. read more

This is a great place for your health insurance needs! Staff is knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and listen to your needs to recommend the best plan for you. Great dental coverage as well. I really like that they also have several service staff members to assist you, plus RNs that can help you with health screening, etc. Highly recommend! read more

They only want to sell you the insurance, have your money and when you call for customer service rep nobody answer only automatic system I got the chance to speak with a rep but after he heard I had already a policy he hang up! will change insurance asap! read more

This is the WORST insurance company I have ever seen!!!!!! They complicate the most simple things such as picking up a monthly prescription. There is always some sort of complication that can never be solved immediately or even in a reasonable time period. These issues are repetitive, this insurance company is the worst. I do not recommend to anyone!!!! This is the absolute worst insurance option and I cannot wait till the day my parents are done supporting me and I can find a more suitable, competent, efficient insurance company. LaKeisha Parker is the worst associate in that office. Not only was she incredibly unhelpful, she lacked a basic understanding of English and had a first grade level of comprehension. She failed to recognize the questions I was asking and was endearingly rude. Stay away Floridians. read more

Great service! The entire staff is extremely helpful. They even have a nurse on staff for any health related questions.

First of all, it is a very nice office and the staff is friendly but there seems to be a systemic problem in their system that makes Florida Blue the most dysfunctional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. First I was annoyed, then I was angry, now I am truly fascinated by this amazing experience. There is not enough space on this page for me to detail the incredible effort I have made by phone to this office, in person, on the phone to their headquarters in Jacksonville, speaking to their call center in the Dominican, just trying to simply pay my premium and receive coverage. They are so disorganized that no one can figure out their own system plus every week when I have to go to their office, while I'm sitting there waiting I hear other frustrated customers expressing similar problems to the poor guy manning the reception desk.
