You can't bring any liquids in the range for safety reasons, preventing slip and falls. Don't forget to empty your firearms before you come in because you will be added to the bucket of shame. Safety FIRST! The range is nice for an indoor environment. Lots of fans to help ventilation of gun smoke. You will need to be aware some gun residue will be in your nose later! There's a fair amount of lanes and there are some busier times than others. They do offer training, memberships, and backgrounds checks for purchasing firearms. The staff is very cool, calm, and professional. I like that there's a good decorum and respect in the atmosphere. I have not experienced any braggadocio or false bravado nor Beavis and Butt-Head. Respect to the team here! Good range time, hearing and eye protection available, and quality products. We were able to shoot both rifle and pistol. Trying to get it in scraped the coating off one edge down to bare metal and it still won't lock in. I'd be dead before I was able to use that mag to reload. Besides the fact that they're charging $99 for a mag that used to be $33, they have not responded to me about the issue. I have a hard time believing that Remington couldn't make a magazine to fit their own gun, but maybe that's why they discontinued the 870 DM. Customer service? Not so much.

I learned so much and left feeling genuinely confident handling firearms as tools, with care and intention. Rick was phenomenal. He clearly taught me how to load safely, understand where the safety mechanisms are, and how to properly use what I called my "aim thingy." When I felt nervous, he validated me while still correcting me in a way that built confidence rather than embarrassment. His real-life experience added depth and credibility to the training. Chris reinforced everything with a calm, gentle, and reassuring approach, and the two of them work seamlessly together. Last but not least, Calvin was a sweetheart and a great addition to the team. The area is well lit and I think we will have fun target practicing with our bows. There are pictures on the wall of several famous athletes who have been here, so that is a great endorsement. I like the different hobbies represented here for example: fishing, hunting, personal safety, firearms, and archery. We picked out some great items here and really enjoyed looking around. Pleasant service, answered some questions I had, ran the background check, copied my concealed carry card, handed me a new Ruger rifle. While waiting on the background I looked around at ammo prices.
