They immediately accommodated on getting me in later in the afternoon. The price point was extremely reasonable at $20 updo plus tip. I was super lucky to have one of their recent graduates Q to be assigned to do my hair. She was extremely patient and carefully made sure my hair matched the photo example I found on google. She did not burn me at all and was very careful as she pinned down the braids. I never felt like my hair appointment was rushed. I always felt my hair was being treated with such amazing care. I was beyond happy with how my hair turned out. I also got my toes and nails painted by James. He was extremely friendly and did an excellent job. 5 star experience with such friendly staff.

If i could give 0 stars i would. .. you guys lied and said were full when you weren't and are still trying to use that to cover the fact you did..

I'm a former student of Elise Esthetics Institute, and could not recommend it more to anyone…read morelooking to become a licensed esthetician. It is the only hybrid school that I could find, which was important because I needed to continue working full time while in school. I attended the night classes and it worked very well with my schedule. I love the school's mission of inclusivity and felt I got a well-rounded education. I felt very confident leaving school and was able to land my dream position right out of school at a med spa. Tessa is an amazing leader and mentor, was very motivating, and told it like it was. I loved the small class sizes because we all got plenty of individual attention. My advice to prospective students is to take public clinic very seriously because it's great experience for the real world, and make sure to get all of your hours in or else you won't graduate on time.

The campus has since improved and relapsed into archaic tradition since I've last seen the beautiful red brick buildings, and I'd like to touch on some things I've noticed. For one thing the Raider center is a great addition to the Sanford/Lake Mary campus and I would go a great way just to work out there were my sciatica and Arthritis not so severe. Geoff and staff are delightful, always making sure to attend to the needs of the patrons and dare I say just so polite to conversate with! However, some areas of campus are far less attractive. One of my biggest qualms is with the bird population. I have been on numerous accounts been followed, harassed, chased, and at times mocked by the so called 'endangered' sandhill cranes. Their evil eyes are most unwelcome in my life and I religiously avoid them at all costs. They seem to know me, and regardless of where I am they always seem to find me. Birds hold grudges... nevertheless they are a dark splotch on the pristine canvas of this institution and were I not an avid PETA enthusiast I would recommend complete annihilation of these terrible creatures. Animals deserve life- but these monsters deserve despair as they have caused me despair all these many years. The campus is beautiful! The professor Anna was AMAZING she was going step by step with the student Diamond on what to do she modeled one part diamond would take over the rest. The teacher and student where so welcoming and treated us like family. This has been just The most incredible experience I've ever had in a salon. The color exceded my expectations. The teacher was the best and they go out of there way to explain it all step by step how Diamond would accomplish the look we requested. I will deff recommend this school where ever we go. I love…read moremy hairdresser Megan 5789 is her id number she is amazing I love her so much and she is the sweetest person ever but I don't know if I really want to go back because I gave them a picture of what I wanted and they didn't do exactly that they made my hair black and it looks absolutely awful. I hate it but. She was truly amazing and i loved telling her thing and I'll put a picture of the photo that I wanted and of my hair now because it looks completely different so if I go back, it's probably gonna to be to get it changed back to what I actually wanted no this is my first time being here and when I first went in, it was really good. I absolutely loved it. The people were nice to me and everything. The only thing I did not like is that they did not give me what I wanted with the hair color because when I first walked in, I wanted to do a relaxer on my hair and they just immediately assumed that my hair was bleached and I've never put bleach in my hair none of it and they thought that that was the way I got my hair to the color it was before and I was like no, I just used irony the straight red dye on my hair and it turned out this color. I didn't put no bleach on it or anything and then after that, we weren't able to do the perm so I was like OK that's fine. I'm still happy. I'm still here then they said OK let's do a hair color instead. We can do a treatment hair color cut straighten blow dry all of that and I was like OK sure yeah I showed her the info picture that I wanted when I did. They said OK we can do that 100% we can do that so they do like a highlight and low fade. I was like OK go ahead and then she told me while she was putting the dye in my hair that it was going to be like a brown like my hair color brown and I was like my hair is black like my scalp hair is black and she said no it's kind of like a brown so like the dye will be a brown and I was like OK so I thought it was gonna be a light brown then after that, we wash my hair we didn't have time to blow dry my hair or straighten it at all. She put the treatment in my hair one for five minutes one for 15 then after that, I looked at my hair and I did not like it, but we also sat in the salon for three hours doing my hair until like 10 so I didn't also wanna say anything cause I can't do anything about it after anyway so I was like yeah I like it cause it was like a little bit what I wanted, but it wasn't what I want exactly they only did the highlights correctly, but I was still kind of upset cause I didn't like it that much and it was just OK like I tolerated it, but I don't really like it that much but besides that I love the service. I love that place. I loved my hairdresser Megan. She was absolutely amazing. Loved her. I just did not like my hair color.
