The representative on the phone understood my frustration because I had taken PTO to do this project today. He then offered to bring me two 15 yard dumpsters which equals 30 yards instead of the 20 yard I ordered to make up for it. It was a fair offer in theory had they have been able to execute on their promise. At 1 o'clock, I still didn't have any dumpsters in my driveway had lost the entire day I had taken for PTO. I then called back to explain my frustration that now to do the project I have to take a second day of PTO since I wasted this one. I was told the gentleman was on the way to the dump to dump out one dumpster so they would have both of the 15s to bring me. It became a parent at that point that they're never likely was a dumpster available today. They just didn't have one and didn't wanna lose the job so made a promise to me that they could execute when they knew they couldn't. I received absolutely zero empathy for the second PTO day request, and then the gentleman on the phone started to become argumentative. I highly recommend you hire anyone but this company because they are unreliable and do not do what they say they can do. If you're relying on the affordable waste solutions to do their part to meet a project schedule or deadline whether you're in Construction or a home repair project it won't be with this company as they just feed you mistruths while they juggle their equipment to not lose out on a job. Honesty goes a long way and they lack it.

At 3:45 PM that Friday I called Dumpster Today and 10 minutes later the dumpster was reserved and scheduled to be delivered Saturday morning. On Saturday I received a text saying the dumpster was on its way and they texted again about 30 minutes before it arrived. I contacted Carlos and he was able to bring his skid steer out and spread the dirt. He is very skilled at moving debris and dirt about the property! He is a hard worker and once he starts, he doesn't stop! As you can see from the video, he moves the skid steer like it is an extension of his body, missing trees, pushing, pulling, grappling with the skill of a surgeon! Carlos ascertains from the customer what one wants and then goes about doing it very quickly! He has a minimum charge for 4 hours of work. Understandably, when he brings his equipment out to the property he has to unload the skid steer and afterwards, reload the onto his trailer. However, Carlos doesn't charge from the time he gets to the property, he starts the 4 hour minimum 'clock' when the project begins.
