I just had another roofer check out Mark's work…read more Instead of mortar like he said he was using, he used a low grade caulking. He missed plenty of spaces. Mark also caused a very big mess in two places in which a bird border should have been used. The roofer told me that he had no business being on a roof because of the poor quality of work. I was completely misled by a very questionable individual.

He breached his contract by not using the the material he stated, he did not clean the roof before applying coating over leaves and dirt, he spilled coating causing many splatters on small patio, bricks and flower pots. The coating also clogged a down spout. He walked on the metal lani roof which does not support weight and caused leaks. We eventually filed a small claims against him in Polk county and we received judgement against him. Stay clear of this guy even though he presents himself well in the interview stage.

From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic. Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed.
