First, the fence repair and wooden gate took more than two weeks be somewhat done. Feedback was provided as he didn't get a hinge that will actually hold, but he never came back to exchange it as promised. So we paid $2K for a gate that will not last at all since it's too heavy for the hinges he decided to buy. Plus, the first guy he sent to work on it clearly had no idea what he was doing, it was not until I complained that the owner showed up and decided to do the work himself. Second, the deck at least was completed in a timely manner. But they ran out of flashing, which we also brought up and he said they'll take care of it, which also never happened. So unless you're ok with some half down work, don't hire this company.
