The office staff appeared over worked and Jaime was both unprofessional and condescending. I also spoke with Jazmine who did her best and was at least believable. The issue was the salesperson Judy decided to charge extra for custom cedar trim which we did agree to however this was not conveyed to the office staff which resulted in the installers not having it with them. I didn't think this would be a problem however when I spoke with Jaime she explained in her unprofessional tone that it was 4:00 and the office was closing but she would credit me with two of the three pieces of custom trim which resulted in me paying an extra $184. I won't do business with window world or Michael Tillman again they clearly don't care about the customer, repeat business or just doing what's right
