They were available to make and program my key on the spot and tested it to make sure it worked fine. All was good. It was about $70 total. They are located in a business warehouse type area, not much parking, but easy enough to find them. They also sell commercial locks of all types, and other type products. You call back to figure out WTF is going on and he finally gets someone on the phone who tells you he'll be there in 15-30min. 47 min later no call no show so you call the original number listed back,which is obviously a cell and they send you straight to voice mail. Call back, same sh$t again. You give up and call a real business like Pop a Lock and they send someone out right away. Meanwhile 2 hours goes by and long after you've already been let in your house, made a spare key by your guy and eaten a fuc&$ing sandwich these guys call you and say "I'm almost there, what is your address again?"
