I used this company once before to open a storage unit. They were fantastic then too! The service…read moreman arrived in record time and had the unit opened in in no time. The service was excellent and the price was fair. Yesterday, we contacted this company again to help us with a work truck that need to be opened (it was locked shut), a new key made and two barrel locks cut off. We spoke to Bryan who quoted us a price and a approx. arrival time for the service man Shawn to arrive. Shawn arrived right on time. He quickly had the truck open and a new key made. (I was really surprised how quickly he accomplished this!) Then he was on to the next part of the job- the two barrel locks- here's where the hard work began.. These were two Brinks barrel locks that I bought at Walmart for less than $20.00. There was no picking them, cutting them nor did his drill do the trick. Shawn said he needed another tool that he didn't have on his truck. Can you believe two locks I bought at Walmart were so strong they even kept the locksmith from opening them! who would have thought that???? So, we spoke to Bryan and he said that he'd come out today (which was a Sunday) and bring the necessary tools and take care of us. Just as promised Bryan met me at the truck this afternoon and with some effort he opened both the locks!!! YAY and I do mean YAY!!! Bryan didn't charge me extra for having to come back out for the second time. He stuck to his original estimate for the service and did a really nice job for me! As well as earned this excellent review for him and his business! If you have the need for a locksmith I'd highly recommend this company! Thank You Bryan for your help today. :)

They quoted me $75-100 for the entire job. They sent a tech that started off asking her for her f...g drivers license. He used intimidation tactics bc she was a women alone with her 14 yr old. He tried to charge her $400, wouldn't leave, got VERY close to her. He stayed for 1 1/2 hrs, really made her nervous. She refused to pay the $400 and would only give him the quoted price. He would not leave, stood in her doorway. She had to text me and I called the owner Shai who really didn't care but only said the tech was going thru a divorce so is having a bad day.
