Yesterday, we contacted this company again to help us with a work truck that need to be opened (it was locked shut), a new key made and two barrel locks cut off. We spoke to Bryan who quoted us a price and a approx. arrival time for the service man Shawn to arrive. Shawn arrived right on time. He quickly had the truck open and a new key made. (I was really surprised how quickly he accomplished this!) Then he was on to the next part of the job- the two barrel locks- here's where the hard work began.. These were two Brinks barrel locks that I bought at Walmart for less than $20.00. There was no picking them, cutting them nor did his drill do the trick. Shawn said he needed another tool that he didn't have on his truck. Can you believe two locks I bought at Walmart were so strong they even kept the locksmith from opening them! who would have thought that???? So, we spoke to Bryan and he said that he'd come out today (which was a Sunday) and bring the necessary tools and take care of us. Just as promised Bryan met me at the truck this afternoon and with some effort he opened both the locks!!! YAY and I do mean YAY!!! Bryan didn't charge me extra for having to come back out for the second time. He stuck to his original estimate for the service and did a really nice job for me! As well as earned this excellent review for him and his business! If you have the need for a locksmith I'd highly recommend this company! Thank You Bryan for your help today. :)

He tried to charge her $400, wouldn't leave, got VERY close to her. He stayed for 1 1/2 hrs, really made her nervous. She refused to pay the $400 and would only give him the quoted price. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone and tried to help was either new, inexperienced or…read morepossibly only able to provide scripted responses. I was trying to get a safe installed. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
