I asked her to confirm that price and came back and said that "is our rate". Sure wish I would have been told that up front. To their credit, the CPA I had appeared very knowledgeable but WAY OVER PRICED. FOUR FORMS at $650. I feel priced gouged. And the CPA never came out to explain what was done or why the price is so high. And yes, I have used CPA's before and NEVER got an invoice this high for so little work done. Good firm but expect HIGH fees. Would have given them 5 stars but their high fees dropped them down to 3 stars.

I started a policy with State Farm to get coverage to rent a car. My payment was taken immediately…read more When I cancelled my policy after 10 days, I did not receive a notification of my refund. I explained I am no longer in the United States and that a refund to my credit card would be the easiest way to refund my money. I was told they can't do that. Now I am having a check sent to a place where I am not going to be. How can a payment be taken by credit card but a refund can not be sent my credit card? The client has to do all the work with this office and then are rejected by not having alternative ways to refund payments.
