Florida Painters Have just finished painting our Condos for the second time in 16 years. Yes 16 years!! they did a great job 16 years ago and another great job this week. They started off by power washing our roofs (they look like new) What a great job. The Foreman was outstanding he took the lead and the other painters followed. All the worker spoke to you and said Good Morning and looked at you when they talked to you. These are workers that take pride in there work and there job. Kim and her Father were a dream to work with. There was not a thing that was to much trouble for them . Good job and the best company we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Work was scheduled for July 1, and the team from Florida painters arrived on time and ready to work. Was impressed in their work ethic, it was hot and humid, but that did not stop them from getting on with the job. As per the work authorization, they power washed the outside of the home, applied a seal and patched any cracks, then applied an undercoat, then the topcoat and finally on July 3 had completed the job in a most professional way. This was our first time with having our stucco home painted. We changed our paint colors, which I am sure is more difficult. This was not an issue for this company. Workers are very professional and worked in a timely fashion. When completed an inspector taped areas to repaint...after this was touched up, another inspector rechecked the work, making sure the job was perfect!
