Incredible handyman!! Hire him ASAP for all your jobs. Alex works so hard and takes great pride in his work. He single handedly removed a huge hot tub on a 3rd floor roof. He resealed the fiberglass deck, redid the decking which was done incorrectly, and installed a pergola, tv mount and movie screen. He fixed our toilets, painted barstools, installed lights, etc. I have no idea how one guy demolished a hot tub and disposed of it it a Toyota Prius. He picked up huge Trex boards. He has a background working on big construction projects so he can handle many tasks. If Alex see something is wrong, he fixes it. He works so hard and does amazing work. His English is great. We occasionally use Google translate for more complicated scenarios but I will hire Alex for anything I need done. Hire him with confidence. This guys cares about doing great work, is highly educated and skilled and has a wonderful attitude. Behind a thick Russian accent is a very sweet gentleman who is ready to take on any task you throw at him. Alex came out today and repaired our Lifeform chair that NOBODY could fix NOT even Lifeform. They told us that we needed a new chair and they would give us a discount! I said OH NO - that would not be OK, so right away checked on YELP and received at least 6 responses but nobody could fix the Lifeform chair. Everyone said it was not anything they could deal with. Then Alex contacted me, said he could do the work immediately, same day he came out and the price was so reasonable I honestly did not believe he would fix it. Very cool thing is that he does not charge for any estimate because he can just come and fix whatever is broken so no reason for an estimate. Some of the YELP vendors charged $50-$100 just for coming out to give an estimate! We are completely pleased with Alex's work. My boss is SO happy to be in his Lifeform chair as he has a very bad back. We will definitely use Alex in the future, and I will be forwarding his information to owners at my HOA and also other sites where I have contacts.
