Can't be too one sided when multiple people experience the same. I had to have 2 surgeries by this man and he wanted to do a third! I had a mini neck left and breast augmentation twice and chemical peel once. My first breast surgery had gone well besides my left nipple facing outward. Within 3 months I developed two different complications that needed another surgery. That one was a "botch" job. My nipple was still facing outward along with them completely two different sizes and one was hard and other soft. My neck, instead of having one soft lose skin under my chin now I have two tight bands and the ends of the sutures stick out as a scar. I was told by one of the girls that the chemical peel which was performed 6 months ago would be pretty much healed with in 5 days. Still some Peeling and redness but should be better. I didn't start peeling until the 5 day, bright red, and could barely be recognized by the swelling. Also it was a rushed job due to complication that day with another pt and it took over an hour to get me back into surgery. Then his staff was frazzled. I felt pushed out when I woke up which the first surgery everything went smoother. The chemical was in my eye brows, in the corner of my eyes, under my eye, along my ear, and 1-2 inches into my scalp. Also a big blotch on my neck. I don't think I was properly protected. He wanted to do a third surgery, but I think that would just of been stupid of me! I came to this practice to help build confidence which instead led to misplaced confidence and depression. Favorite quality of Contoura.. It's trustworthy. No one has ever tried to "sell me" anything here…read more By that I mean, no one is telling me I need to have certain work done, or pushing me to get fillers because I am of a certain age, or suggesting procedures I've never thought about before. I genuinely keep coming back because of the friendly staff, and trust. Now if or when that day ever comes where surgically I'd like to have something done, I'd choose Contoura. But for now, I'm happy coming here every few months for things like skin care, sun damage repair, advice (that's a big one) etc. Living in Florida, you Need a good skin care plan & regimen to keep the sun damage away. With skin cancer running in my family, I try to stay ahead of the matter as much as I can. A few years back I did a series of IPL laser treatments that really helped reverse some of the sun damage I did in my teens & early 20's by laying out on the beach entirely too much. Contoura's also helped me with embarrassing things like hormonal adult acne. I never thought I'd have to go through a mild phase of my teenage years all over again in my thirties but, there I was a year ago, trying everything under the sun on my own to get rid of it and nothing was working. I booked an appointment at Contoura to express my concern and the remedy was way easier than I expected. Tretinoin. That cleared everything up real quick plus helps with fine lines &/or wrinkles. A two for one? I'm in! (If there are any women out there reading this wondering why you are breaking out when choosing to discontinue birth control, try tretinoin. All of healthcare is struggling (I say this as a healthcare worker), but this place is especially…read moreawful. Since I work in healthcare I can be very understanding of the issues healthcare is facing. Unfortunately this place I do not give any grace towards. I went for acne and have been needing to discuss my medications. I've called and left voicemails on the nurses line several times, and I have YET to get a phone call back regarding any of my issues. I also went for a skin check and the PA was incredibly rude- disregarding all my concerns. The front desk staff won't even let you finish what you're saying before they transfer you (incorrectly-I might add). The front desk staff also will answer the phone off hold and then replace you back on hold indefinitely if it's close to closing time (I.e. the time normal working people can call). This office is incredibly disorganized and impossible to get anything done. I will not be returning (not that the staff cares LOL). I would highly recommend that if you have serious skin concerns you go somewhere else, this place will not take you seriously as a patient. This is coming from a healthcare worker who understands the system!

After having three kids and saving for years, I finally decided to get a tummy tuck in August 2025…read more I paid $8,700 expecting a quality result, but I'm extremely disappointed. To this day, my stomach is still bulging, and it's clear the muscle repair was not done properly. My belly button looks unnatural--almost like a coin--and the hip-to-hip scar isn't even placed low enough to be hidden under underwear, which was one of my main concerns going in. At my follow-up, I was told I could get a revision after six months since my stomach was still large. I was initially told I'd only need to cover the anesthesia fee, which I was willing to do. However, when I received the actual quote, they added an additional operating room fee, bringing the total to $2,900. That's on top of the $8,700 I already paid. This is where it really feels wrong--there were no complications like infection or wound issues. The issue is simply that the surgery was not done thoroughly enough, yet I'm being asked to pay again to fix it. That doesn't sit right. Overall, the experience feels very transactional, with little concern for patient satisfaction or accountability. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before moving forward here.

He literary butchered my nose. When I went in to take the cast off my nose he yanked the cast so hard he ripped the skin off my nose. I had to deal with infections on my nose for a very long time. I was so sad and angry. I had an awful results with butchered nose. Now I have an uneven unflattering nose 10X worse than before. He did a terrible job. He tried to even my nose by injecting it with fillers I believe but it eventually dissolved and my nose went back to being uneven again. And he never fixed the tip of my nose either. I'm terrified to go and see other surgeons bc of my terrible experience with him. Imagine hating your nose x10 more than before. So sad and disappointing. But as I see per these reviews he continues to do awful job and doubles down on it.
