I've used this service for a decade. They act as your agent to accept official documents such is if you were going to be sued. For that I've paid $49 a year for a decade. This year I get a message from my CC: We've charged $239.00 at CORPORATE FILIN. WTF? I search through my old emails and see one from 2022 (see attached) So I guess they sent me another one last year? I'm pretty sure I didn't agree to have them do my filing! The "filing" takes 2 min: confirm your address etc. For them to do it you have to confirm with them and then they confirm with Sunbiz. Apparently that's a $190 service! You can act as your own registered agent in FL. If you are small and have a physical mailing address in FL these services might not be worth it to you. If you do use them, be prepared for lots of scary emails warning you that "You will be fined $400 if you don't register/file by May 1st every year." Then they try to upsell you and, even if you don't agree, try to charge you! read more

I have been using this company for years and everything was fine until recently, they decided to automatically opt-in all of my companies for their annual report filing service. They charged me $239 per company to file an annual report, before even filing it. When I called to cancel they claimed they were being "proactive" to help their customers avoid the late fee...which is completely insulting to my intelligence, when the deadline is still 3 months away! Instead of saving their customers from late fees, they robbed us of the opportunity to simply file the report on our own. Claiming to offer a registered agent service for $49 a year so that you can actually charge me another $239 for a service I didn't authorize is pretty shady business practice. They've lost my trust and confidence forever. read more

They are scammers, they made my LLC process strenuous and I literally threw hundreds of dollars in the trash. My EIN was even invalid. These scammers need to be shut down. ONLY order an LLC through the state at "SunBiz". Glad I have my company now but these punks are still trying to drain me with false letters and conniving mail. Rest in piss. Good riddance. read more

I do not think the previous reviewers understand what this company actually does for a business. Yes, you can file an annual report on your own and you can act as your own registered agent, but in some cases a business might not want to have that much information listed on SunBiz. Having a registered agent is a statutory requirement in the State of Florida for the sole purpose of accepting service of process should a company be sued. The main purpose for Florida Registered Agent LLC is to accept the service of a complaint and send it to you a timely manner. This will allow you to respond within the 20-day requirement as stated in the complaint or your company is in default. I agree the advertising could be a little less predatory. But for those of us that can file everything on our own and just need their registered agent services, the price for their service is perfect. read more

The thing is, I have until the end of the year to file my annual report and, its on a fee dollars. Maybe a $100. I have Inc Authority,a d they are awesome. They keep me updated on everything, and they don't be trying to get money from me everytime they call. They actually are professional, and always on point with me. I received a letter from FRA-LLC claiming that I needed to file my Annual report or would be charged a $400 late fee. They offered to complete my annual report. The interesting thing is that I had completed my annual report a month prior with my registered agent, Legal Zoom. I don't know if this company is a scam or what... What I do know is that if they had done a little homework, they might have realized that my business annual report was completed. I get a really bad impression that FRA-LLC may be taking advantage of small business. I hope this isn't the case... BEWARE!!! read more

This is a scam company. Don't do it. You file these on your own, in fact, we are 100% up to date on filing and they send a letter saying if you don't file then you will be fined $400.00. What a shame to have predators like this out there pouncing on businesses. read more

1 star is not low enough for this company. They gave me misinformation at every turn. I was clear with them on my goals for doing business with them. They messed up the basic task that I asked them for and now they want me to pay to fix it. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to the Attorney General of Florida. Do not put yourself in the same situation as I, find a different company to register your business, stay away from these people. read more
