Florida Roof Bros put a metal roof on our home after fighting with our insurance for months. They helped us from start to finish and Evan even came out during a major hurricane to adjust the tarps on the roof and ensure our home had no more water damage. This company is like family! The roofing Bros are more than just brothers they're also a true definition of the word bra. Knowing the insurance company was strong arming me and to get in the roof replaced I got multiple quotes for roofing contractors. Of the four quotes I got the roofing Brothers really knocked it out of the park. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive but what they were was really nice and great people. One of the things they did that nobody else did they're really sold me and my family. While on the roof Evan filmed the video and uploaded to YouTube so that I could see it share with my family but they could show all their friends and I could also share with my coworkers. The video made it easy to keep going back and remember what was told to me how to get a visual of what was going to happen. The video walkthrough was a great touch and they're the only contractor to offer that. Unlike other contractors who were able to give me a quote supposedly based on Google maps, they actually showed up and made sure the quote would be valid. Well they don't offer in-house financing, it sure were helpful and trying to help me find financing and money to get the roof done. They stated communication with me and provided contacts for other people to try to get this job done. I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct but on the contract I believe I went to school with these guys because of their last name. Knowing that they grew up in Palm Bay, they can catch all the jokes about how bad the local city is. They regularly laughed at my terrible dad jokes, whatever was at the house he was talking to my dog in a way that made me feel like he was a trustworthy person. Once it came time to start the job all I had to do was pick out a color. Me being me, the regular color palette just wasn't going to do it. So when all my wisdom of online searching I found a different color in the same series that they were not offering. Once I asked about the color Brad seem very interested to know that something else might be available and to see what the price difference would be. Immediately called his distributor and try to find out how crazy I was and if this product actually existed. Turns out it existed at no extra and was in stock which led to my roof going to really crazy color palette but I'm very happy with. I expected the color palette to be a little more extreme but for the first time I've done something to my house at the neighbors appreciate and don't face palm and shake their head as they walk by. Brad was able to handle everything in the office for me. He handled the permit and the inspections I had to do nothing except pay him. What's even more surprising is the fact that they would show up after I had already left for work and by time I got home from work there was nobody there. I could even tell but there had been people that were working on the roof. I had to climb up there to confirm that the roof had been stripped and replaced with peel and stick. They did a great job making it appear nobody was ever there. I've yet to find any loose nails in the grass. It's a very impressive feat of engineering but they were able to show up and do all this work without me even knowing it was done yet. Besides the traumatic experience to my savings account to pay for this roof is overall been a great experience business-wise and experience. I would highly recommend the roofing Brothers to anybody within their area. It was overall a great experience, they treated me like family the entire time. I even gave them a date of what I could show up and there were completely relaxed about it and didn't argue with me and told me everything would be okay and we're very grateful when I showed up. This is the type of business you really do want working on your house. Well I'll still suggest you get three quotes for your roof I'm highly confident that you will end up going with a roofing Brothers. Just the way they communicate with you makes it a solid investment and I want to see the quality of work they do to your house and in your yard you'll be happy that you chose these Bros. read more

My roof was replaced in 2004 and served me well.. This year I decided to replace it so my insurance was not dropped. So I called the company I used in 2004, cause they were great. When I got in touch with the owner Chuck, he had retired last year and closed the business. And so I started my search for a roofing company and seems like there are a million of them.. After getting proposals from 5 companies and not feeling like any of them was right for me, someone recommended Florida Roof Bros. he moment I opened the door, it was a different experience and I knew they were going to be my choice. I looked up reviews and found nothing but good. The proposal was honest and the end price was only $240 dollars higher due to wood replacement. Icing on the cake.. I had a back window to my attic, not a part of the roof, that had some wood rot and I was looking for a handyman or company to come fix it after the roof was done .. I contacted a company that gave me a $2000 estimate.. like what? No way.. I would like to out that company on this posts but I won't .. you can PM if you want the story because after the $2,000 price .. they offered a $500 repair and a BS explanation of how they wanted to help me... So back to the window repair, as it turns out much to my surprise..the roofers actually did the repair for me. . Honestly if you are looking to replace a roof I highly recommend this company and BTW.. I did not pay a penny till the roof was done! It does not get any more honest than this..
