Always a smile & a wave but they worked steadily (couldn't tell if they ever went on break or took lunch). This impressed me--the supervisor saw the city trash truck coming & pulled our trash container out where the truck could get at it easily. They also made sure that the mailbox was not blocked. I have never seen companies do this before. I also haven't seen a company where you didn't give a down payment & you paid at the end. They pay for the wind mitigation as well. The work took 2 days. One thing--it was 6 months from the paperwork to beginning because customer waiting list (they informed us about this but this was to be expected). The good news is that the customer is locked in at the price at that time (no unexpected "surprises" at the end. Hope this review helps anybody & that they get the same results like I did. The other company seemed more concerned with filing a claim with my insurance company and not giving me an estimate until I let them know if it was going to go through my insurance. Patrick Roofing told me they do not recommend I allow any company to get involved in my claim, and everything I heard or witnessed with them is that they have high standards and high integrity. I am extremely happy with Patrick Roofing and have nothing but great things to say about them. Brian came to my house, explained everything they do in detail, and after my meeting with him I knew I had received a roofing 101 lesson. They have a great selection of shingle colors, Brian answered all my questions, and even worked with my schedule. I found them to be honest, reliable and not pushy, unlike one of the companies I dealt with. They completed the job in 2 days and did a good job cleaning up. The men were on time, diligent, and professional. This roofing company does not hire subcontractors. They have their own crew, and the crew is drug tested. I love this because they have vetted the people who are going to work on my home. She had other damage to deal with and since I thought we were at low risk for a storm in November, I did not prioritize roof repairs like I should have. I finally realized I better do something quickly as Hurricane Nicole was predicted to impact us. A trusted friend recommended The Roof Doctor so I called them and Paul came out that afternoon. Wind impacts were forecast to arrive within 24 hours so Paul sent a crew to replace all the missing shingles early the next morning. I don't know about you but when I have needed roof repairs, I have found it difficult to find roofers willing to work on some other roofer's poor workmanship. That wasn't the case with The Roof Doctors. Lisa in the office listened to our problem, worked with Paul to put us on the top of their list and they resolved the potential for major water damage. Hurricane Nicole winds arrived within hours of the roof repairs and the roof adhesive had not had time to fully cure and we lost some shingles again. The same day I called to report that, their crew was on the roof replacing the singles and there was no charge. Nicole also blew off the chimney cap so Paul gave us a very reasonable quote and replaced it with a stainless steel cap. He came back a couple days later to replace some flashing adhesive material. He waited until he had some left over from a freshly opened can so that he did not have to charge my aunt for that costly adhesive. He called me when he completed that job and told me there would be no bill for the flashing repairs. Paul and Lisa were both compassionate and helpful problem solvers for us. They treated a senior in our community with respectful dignity and went above and beyond to keep her water tight throughout the storms. I gave you address and 2 other roof quotes ( as someone else already left came out and quoted), as well as timeframes to meet you now and in the near future, That still wasn't enough. Getting a quote should be a simple process!

He provided a video with his quote explaining the process and his after-service which includes yearly inspections for 10 years post installation (you call him to do this). He is GAF certified. He moved me up in the schedule because I found out late from my insurance company that I would need a new roof to get quotes. He met the deadline and even called to tell me the predicted rain might delay him a bit (it's a rental and I don't live in Florida). He did a great job and sent tons of photos. He arranged for the insurance reports I would need and coordinated that effort as well. He deserves an A+. Great guy to work with! And you can reach him by text easily. He is super customer-oriented. Heart Roofing just completed the re-roofing of our 2/2 home in Vero Beach. We are really happy with…read moreall aspects of the process. REALLY happy. We called in 3 roofing companies for free evaluation and quotes -- two were recommended by neighbors and friends, one came after we researched reviews and company websites. We liked Heart's marketing message and their customer testimonials. Their quote was competitive with the other 2 companies, and they found issues and suggested solutions upon inspecting our old roof (including a 19' flat area where two rooflines meet and there was evidence of water collecting). Thomas, a company co-owner, suggested that they create a gently sloping v-shaped structure to direct water away and down the roof -- totally invisible from the street. Genius. And when on our roof for the estimate, Thomas videoed and narrated his evaluation of the roof's condition and issues, then shared it with us to review. We ultimately chose Heart for the job and decided on asphalt architectural shingles with a 130 mph wind speed rating. Their crew was excellent -- great skill level and attitudes. Here's how it went: Day 1: Dumpster on rubber tires cheerfully delivered to our driveway. Day 2: Tarp off the vegetation, perform the tear-off, replace some rotten plywood (included in the initial quote), remove and dispose of our old rain gutters, and install the drip edge flashing, ridge vents, and new underlayment. (Complete site clean-up was performed at the end of the day.) Day 3: City inspection. Pass. Day 4: Half day of installing our new shingles -- then a thorough clean-up including wiping down our new white drip edge flashing. Day 5: Final city inspection. Pass! We'd highly recommend to others all aspects of this project. Heart Roofing excelled!
