I was able to document footage of what I had experienced-on video. It was insane!!! After the storm had stopped, I discovered my skylight had been severely damaged. I contacted my original roofing company-still under warranty-Noland's Roofing to come examine and give me an estimate for my roof repair(s). Unfortunately, the service I received from Noland's Roofing Company was unprofessional, overpriced, delayed and they failed to make repairs under my original warranty as well I quickly used googles search engine: where I located Revolution Contractors Roofing & Solar inc. I checked their reviews. This company had All 5 Stars which gave me confidence by contacting them-immediately. On the same day of my initial call; I was referred to a Roofing Specialist by the name of Andrew. Using a respectful time frame, he came to my residence and installed a tarp to prevent any further damages to my broken skylight and water leakage from my ceiling. Andrew is extremely insightful of the company's products. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed all of my roof issues. Andrew is an amazing roof specialist with the utmost patience for customers. On August 11, 2023, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. completed the most beautiful roof repair that I could imagine. I am so happy and thankful for Andrew and his crew men who took their time to remove my damaged roof and skylight and gave me a new roof that is close to perfection. You All are the BEST!!! I am so grateful, I found this company on google. I personally believe, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. will eventually dominate the roofing industry in Florida because of their professionalism, quality workmanship, excellent materials, affordable prices and prompt services. Called Gravity this morning based off their 5-star rating. Some door knocking company came by…read moreyesterday and said my roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced like pronto. You're not gonna have surgery without a 2nd opinion, so don't let someone work on your house without one either. The gentleman, Steve, on the phone was personable and pleasant. Told me they could have Hunter out this morning. Same day service .... Impressive!!! I had told Steve the story they had told me about hail storm in June 2024, Hunter took the time before coming to do his homework to let me know it was actually July. He went up and I could hear him moving about the roof, he even brought down a remnant of a previous solar pool heater that was left up there when I had full solar put in. He let me know what I already knew, my roof is fine, has some years left in it and the door knocking company was blowin smoke for an insurance payday (my words not Hunter's). Hunter was an absolute joy to have around, my dog loved him, he's funny, has an awesome personality, is personable and direct about what he sees up there. Even told me he'd bring down pictures if he did see anything. The door knocker didn't show me squat. Gravity has thoroughly earned their 5-Star rating. But a week later it rained and there was a slight leak so I called them up and Robert came out the next day. He looked at the location of the leak and was able to show me where the leak was coming from which was really not their responsibility because it was actually above the roof line. But he was going to take care of it anyway. Few days later I got a call for them to come out. This time, the owner of the company, Mr.Shick the owner came out and looked at the leak and said even though it was not their responsibility, because they didn't touch the place where the leak was coming from, he would take care of it. Within a few days a crew came out and did an unbelievable job on fixing everything. Again it was not really their responsibility but they said since we were up on the roof we're going to take care of it, and they did, and they went way beyond and completely sealed both sides, a year later. No leaks, no problems. They are an unbelievable reputable company. The even followed up to make sure I was satisfied! I would highly recommend Schick Roofing to anyone. They did a fantastic job and used only quality GAF materials, with a rubber GAF membrane underneath the shingles.

After having a new roof installed by this other company, Lundberg Roofing had to come out and fix all their mistakes. The issues focused on improper work around the chimney, and installation of a vent which caused heavy leaking. The other company couldn't seem to figure out what they did wrong. It's a long ugly story, but our advice is to use a company with solid history, great reviews, wonderful customer service, fair prices, and excellent workmanship. That company is Lundberg. We won't stray again.
