Tampa Bay Times - Once again two duplicate sections with no coupon and sale paper section. This happens almost every week.

No paper this Sunday. Ok that happens so called TBT and 5 min in was disconnected. Of course the…read moreAutomated system could not recognize my account. Finally after 40 min on hold (2nd attempt) Was able to speak to a live real person who said the paper would be delivered within two hours. It is embarrassing, unprofessional and reeks of incompetence that this is the best TBT can do a a major player in communication industry. If not for the advertising and coupons would drop this liberal rag in a NY minute.

Unethical Billing Practices - Beware of No-Refund Policy on Small Orders…read more I recently placed an online order for a product from the Tampa Bay Times website. A few hours later, I changed my mind and canceled the order. I called customer service to confirm the cancellation, and they assured me it was processed and canceled. However, when I followed up to request a refund for the item I never used nor would use I was told that the company has a policy of no refunds on any purchase under $10. The charge was under that amount, so they kept my money despite the order being canceled and before I was using it. This feels like outright stealing. How can a reputable company justify keeping payment for a product or service that was cancelled, simply because the amount is small? It's fraudulent and predatory. Potential customers should be warned: if you place any order under $10 and need to cancel--even hours later and with confirmation--you will not get your money back. I've never encountered this policy at any other legitimate online retailer. It's completely unheard of and leaves a terrible impression of the Tampa Bay Times/Times Publishing Co. Very disappointed and will not do business with them again.

2 years ago I lost my job. I was laid off after 3 years of hard work and being promoted. I actually…read morehad been doing very well at work and so I had just purchased a new car. But my position was eliminated because my company outsourced the position to another location. Less than a month after being laid off, somebody pulled in front of me while I was driving when I had the right away. My brand new car that was less than a month old was totaled. And because I did not have a pay check and was between jobs, I was then forced to lease a car because my only employment at the time was as a ride share driver. To make matters worse, I had severe back pain as a result of the accident. The 1st person I called was Armando Edmiston. He made sure I got the best chiropractor in town had all of my medical needs assessed and went right to work to make sure that I was compensated for my pain and loss. Armando and his staff were professional, timely, responsive, attentive, and supportive throughout every step of the process. He negotiated a reduction of my medical bills by more than 50% what they would have cost. He also delivered more compensation to me then he had estimated. When I tell you he is a man of his word, the truth is that money talks. There is not any attorney in town that I would trust more with my life in the event of an accident or a personal injury than Armando Edmiston. If you need legal help or you're in pain from an accident due to no fault of your own, you need to give Armando a call today and let him make your life easier. He is a lion in the legal field who will pursue swift justice with determination and integrity. Don't miss out on the chance to be represented by the best lawyer in the greater Tampa Bay area.
