I know I'm a huge fan of fireworks, but they definitely are not all excellent and these were all great. I honestly loved these fireworks the best out of three. But there's always something. This one was the highest humidity but that's ok. It's that time of year. These fireworks were great. I did wish Lakeland didn't have the other markets in downtown and down the street from downtown. This event was family-friendly, and people from all cultures were in attendance. There were three food trucks (Tito's, Nineteen 61, etc.); a Selena Tribute band from Texas; activities throughout the day; and vendors selling mostly crafted jewelry. On the lawn, you're able to sit and watch the show, and there was also limited tables/ seating - under tents - available. My only reason for not giving this event a perfect five star is because I'd love to see it grow to add more food trucks and diverse vendors. Food trucks concluded/ sold out around 6:30pm... the event was from 12pm-8pm (with the main band on stage at 6:30pm). Looking forward to more events at Bonnet Springs!! I enjoyed this outing.
