I wasn't sure what to expect when I said it was my first time trying it but deffo did not expect a whole kava CEREMONY (I loved it). I got to try straight kava, kava with creamer, and kava chai flavoured (this was my favourite). While I didn't feel a "kava buzz," my body felt more relaxed and I had less back pain (I've been dealing with muscle pains due to working physical jobs for a few years now). So yes A++++ customer service. I love that they have a pool table as well.

Are you feeling like a power bowl, a coffee, a vape, a matcha, Kratom, kava....it's all here! Not only is it here, it is delicious and served up by an awesome team led by a very cool owner. I have always disliked matcha (and I've tried it all over the world...) I mentioned that to the owner and he said "Nooooooo- you've not had it made the right way!" And he gave me an awesome education about matcha. Even shared the one he was making so I could experience it the way God intended....with an "ahhhhh" , a smile, and a chocolate cold foam mustache! Perfection! It didn't taste like dirt, it tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry in liquid form! We intended to pop in for a coffee, stayed for a coffee, a matcha, an education, and the cool vibes put out by the folks here. They actually talk, smile, laugh and joke with their new friends (aka. customers) which is a very nice change from some places you go these days. I took that as get what you pay for it was low price..then I bought the magnetic type but they only had 2 colors. It seemed to have to be cleaned a lot with dipped q-tip. So I upgraded to "new" switchblade style. Push the button and it flipped cart out of handle...yea..lasted 2 days and broke off!! I went back in..not mad cause I didn't think there was gonna be issue cause guy was always super friendly...well a prick manager was there last night and was very rude and didn't care about a receipt or anything. He said he would only give me a cheap pen for my triple value battery. Then acted like I was the only one who had an issue with one and lied saying he had been selling them for 6 months. 3 days earlier it was the "new" thing. I said I would return to speak to guy i always dealt with and he said he make sure to tell him not to exchange or refund me...wow! Maybe he should try some of his own product. Then we go across street to eat at Steak n Shake and get couple pics of his bizz so when I put him on blast no innocent vape shop gets in crossfire.
