i called, my system was not working , they came but bec house keeper was. c leaning they didnt check the system. i got home nd the pump had exploded, water everywhere, i called back , someone was supposed to come, it was before 3 pm, no one came they dodnt call , no water, no answer , no communication. worst customer service ever. water is essentoal, they font care find a different company, Mike is dismissive, poor serviceoverall. do not use this people read more

The Company used to be very reliable and useful; however, they now are only after making money. We have tried using them a few times lately because we did not know who else to call. Their technician had the wrong diagnosis and the three times they wanted to sell us a new pump right away and, at one point a new well! After calling another company, we found out the pump had no issues, the well is in perfect condition, and it was just a piping that had to be replaced. They have become real crooks. read more

Terrible customer service! Do not buy from these guys. Service guy was extremely rude and was even confronting me because I told him his system was not doing what I was told it would do. I Live out in the golden gate estates and they sold me water softener, yet they told me the system was designed to remove iron and remove bad odor...The system did neither. Bought a Kinetico system and I could not be happier!!! Water is finally clean. My Florida Soft Water system is garbage. Wasted my money and they do not know how to treat their customers. Florida Soft Water has been servicing my rural well and water system for over twenty years. They have always come to my aid whenever a problem developed. I would just like to thank them this week for coming out three times to fix an old, out of date well system. Your guys, especially Mike, did everything in his power to get me running water again. I have lived in Golden Gate Estates since 1994 and had to use several water companies early on. My experiences were lackluster at best until I found "Florida Soft Water" in 2002. I have never looked back! Shannon came out to my house and took his time and explained what went wrong and the options I had available to me. He took his time and did not pressure me in any way. Their maintenance program is fantastic and a must have! - The system ran perfect and I never had to worry about running out of salt for the softener. Recently I decided to upgrade to a Whole House Reverse Osmosis system (my water system was 18 years old). The quality of water is astonishing. It is like having bottled water from every water source in the house! No more water spots in the bathroom or on your dishes. Shannon and Jennifer are amazing folks who always treat me fairly and most importantly they are honest! I'm telling you once you give them a shot you will be impressed. read more

Service guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and pretty prompt. My issue is that he charged me $259.00 for a new 20 gal pressure tank and of course the high $95.00 service call, however, after he left, I researched the brand and the model # of the pressure tank only to find out that these are sold at local vendors for $139.00. Most vendors in Naples expect people living in golden gate estates to pay millionaire pricing without even questioning it. Shame on me for not researching it first, shame on them for price gouging hard working citizens. read more
