We live in a large home/condominium community; neighbors and off-site friends visited and viewed their work. It didn't take experts in construction to recognize multiple deficiencies. Ultimately, by our own tireless efforts through other means, within days we were made whole on this repair installation project. The rework was sourced out and properly performed by another long-standing, reputable, area contractor. We were extremely lucky in nullifying our losses with Hoosier. Buyer beware.

After one and a half hours, I called back to let them know I did not need their service. My neighbor was able to help me the following morning. I get a text at 10:30 PM Saturday evening, saying my technician had arrived. I was not home and I quickly texted back saying I had canceled the service call. I had a contract with them to check on my system every six months. Well, they never checked anything of importance since the Freon was extremely low, and there was a buildup of bacterial gunk that was never cleaned out. I have canceled my contract with them and want to warn other customers to make sure they do their job since they did not do that for me.

This company is not the same company as that I hired 4 years ago. For the last 18 months I had…read moreconcerns I brought them up to them and they basically ignored me. Shame on me for being trusting. There tech does the monthly service never brings a ladder with him to check the tank as in and out in 4 minutes. When I hired them to install and service my system the original tech spent about 15 to 20 minutes at my house checking the float filter changes etc. never an issue. So obviously not the same service.. the straw that broke the camel's back was I was away and when I returned I found that I had no water.. pressure switch failed no big deal. I removed the filter to find it was completely dry. My question is how do you check the quality of water if you never ran the system so I decided to get someone else to check the water and paid for a water test and system overview and to my greatest concern they found bacteria in the water in the house as was as a super low PH in the tank and in the house that I can only assume caused damage to my fixture and water heater.. I spoke to them and of course they said everything was fine.. I hired a second company to do the same test two days after the first company came out and found the exact same issue. Unfortunately this company is all about taking your money and not doing the service you paid for. Good luck if you decide to use them.

After turning off the well pump, I now had no water at all. Joe Water to the rescue!
