What an amazing swim school! This is a well run organization in an encouraging swim environment for age 3 month to adult to learn the importance of swimming. Classes run by the half hour in a separate room divided by three huge windows from their parents. Age and skill level groups work with instructors in a relaxed but structured method. We were at another place, which was not as well run and my son would scream during his lessons, which was heartbreaking, so this is the place to learn and enjoy. Payment is per month and a nice perk is a free lesson during your birthday month. Scheduling can be arranged via their website, calling or in person. They have several changing rooms and bathrooms. Honestly there is soooo much inconsistency. I have been so disappointed. I switched in hopes it would be more consistent and better hours. But not many options for class times that are not already taken and then I think my son in 3+ months has had the same instructor 2 times. Which ideally they should stick with the same instructor. This place is amazing. My 5 year old and my almost 3 year old have been taking lessons with couch Emerson and I can't say enough about how patient and wonderful he is. He's helped my daughter when she gets anxious or nervous and my son is loving it. Classes are tailored to each kid and coach Emerson makes it fun. Only two kids at a time. We're in Aug of 2020 so we are in the middle of Covid and their sanitizing and socially distancing policies are right on point. Someone literally follows you and cleans after you've touched something. I feel safe and grateful, and definitely recommend this place. read more

Love this place. My daughter goes twice a week and has never a bad day or visit here. Every instructor is amazing and trained to do it all. Nothing gets by the owner as she is there at all times making sure everything is going on time and all is well. We are new to Boca and relied solely on reviews as a guide to finding our perfect spot for my princess-and we are beyond happy. Every week I cannot believe what I see and this makes me equally as pleased. We went from no water in my face to swimming laps. Price is reasonable and we always get our time. Each person is made to feel special and that works for us. Do the reviews when something is great- not just when you're unhappy- new comers such as me really appreciate it. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE SIGNING YOUR CHILD UP FOR THIS SWIM SCHOOL. My son Jameson has been going there the last 7 or so months. A handful of my friends took their kids here at one point or another (and no longer attend, which I now understand why). His initial first few classes were awful. He cried hysterically the entire time (which was to be expected and not what I was concerned about at all). The instructor however, should not be working there, let alone be working with children in general. She was rude, had ZERO personality, made NO effort to try to console him, and never not once gave him any eye contact or attempted to make it fun for him. Jameson is an extremely outgoing kid and has been since he was a baby. He NEVER cries and will practically go to anyone with open arms and a smile. That's how I knew it had nothing to do with swimming, and everything to do with the instructor. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and management, truly seemed like I was an "inconvenience", which was the first red flag. I should of taken him out of the school right then and there. We decided to give it another shot and switch instructors. His recent instructor was absolutely wonderful and I have zero negative things to say about her. He LOVES her, trusts her 100% and smiles the entire time he's in the pool with her. About a month ago, my husband and I decided to stop swim for a while and re-start later on once he gets a little older. We didn't feel like he was learning all that much, so I requested to cancel our membership. I had a few makeup classes that needed to be made-up by a certain date or I would lose them. I ensured those classes were scheduled with Julia so we got our moneys worth. On one occasion, one of the classes were canceled due to her being sick (which is not an issue, she's allowed to be sick). Then, on another occasion, another class was canceled due to "overbooking" and a "glitch" in their system. Again, things happen and I didn't make a fuss about it. What really took me over the edge was the fact that BOTH of those makeup classes were canceled by the school itself, not me. They refused to give me an extension or refund me my money for the classes. What kind of business is this? Why is it such a big deal to extend the classes to make a customer happy? A customer that was going to come BACK to the school in the next 6 or so months. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. It is a disgrace, management is RUDE, the front desk is ran by 15 year olds who have zero customer service skills, this school is a joke. I called time and time again to ask to speak to the owner, never got a chance to. All they would say it "you signed an agreement", over and over again. FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION. read more

I researched local swim schools prior to our grandchildren's 1st time visit from KY alone. I am very grateful that this school came up in the search. The staff and teachers have been great with both kids. The 7 year old had to take private lessons because he did not have much ability to swim and we wanted him to be safe. It was well worth the fee charged. He gained confidence and has become a better swimmer during the 3 weeks he has been in FL. I started here when my daughter was 3 months old. We started in the baby and me class with Ms Daniella. She was so kind not only to the baby but to me. Making sure I was comfortable in the water with my daughter and showing us what to do together and how to teach her. Then my daughter moved up to individual lessons and she is always so happy to come here and wants to go in the pool and play. It's a very warm environment and everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. read more

Kind teachers - terrible business practice on ownership side - I was very excited to use this swim school as my LO is 9 months old. The teacher was lovely! Unfortunately after 2 lessons my daughter contracted Cocksocki- ulcers that over take a Childs mouth and cause the inability to eat. My pediatrician advised me that this comes from Public pools - this is the only public pool my child has swam in ever . I called to explain my situation and that I would like to cancel future lessons - possibly do at home private lessons . I also requested a refund of $75 for the remaining lessons that month that we would not be participating it - I did not ask for the membership fee back - just the classes I would not be taking - the owner who was on the phone with me said she would not be able to do this as she can't be sure that it came from her pool - what I found most disheartening is that she wasn't willing to be accommodating. I own customer service based businesses-she exemplified bad business practice. read more
