The place is disgusting, it's full of used bags, books, and what looks like literal garbage throughout the inside and back of the building. The quality of the work was just as bad. Every one of my windows has bubbles, and my car was returned covered in film scraps and water. The windows were left dirty with glue residue, and the exterior glass was stained with water streaks. On top of that, they charge an extra $100 just to remove the old tint, and the front windshield strip isn't even included in the advertised price. I expected professional service, but instead I received poor workmanship, a messy vehicle, and unexpected extra charges. I would not recommend this business. read more

I had a groupon and it went very well. I told them on the phone and they scheduled me with that in mind. There was absolutely no up selling or annoyance for me having a groupon. They did a really nice job tinting my windows, it took just under 90 minutes. I'm a little annoyed that they left a sticker on my window buttons. At first I was thankful because it reminds you not to unroll the windows however once it was time to take them off it would not full come off so I'm pretty annoyed about it. I wish they would use a material that peels off easily. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would! Will not warranty my "lifetime limited warranty" because I bought on Groupon 3 years ago. Rear window, back windows are bubbling. Front strip falling off. Keeps telling me Groupon warranty expires in a year and "limited lifetime warranty" does not count because a Groupon which I was told they make no money off of. Went from can warranty Mon-Fri to "not doing warranty work right now." Can provide no written proof at all of these warranty limitations and refused to give me manufacturer warranty information as well. Bought a Groupon and paid extra there for upgrades. Still refuse to warranty any part because of Groupon. Reported to BBB. After reading reviews see many others like me. Found a good deal on Groupon. I recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to snazz it up with tints. It's much needed here in Florida! I called to book an appointment a week later and they were pretty accommodating. I dropped my vehicle off and filled out some paper work; it took them about two hours to complete the job. I got the standard legal limit tints. They offered darker tints but you have to pay extra. I also wanted to stay the legal limit so I opted for lighter tints even though the darker tints looked cooler. The tints were applied nicely and clean. They put down stickers on your doors to avoid putting down your windows. You're not supposed to roll it down for a few days. I've had the tints for a few months now and they're still good looking and no bubbles. I definitely recommend their services. read more

Found a Groupon to get my front windows tinted. They did a great job! I have a pickup and work in the sun all day. Wanted a tint that would give me privacy, reduce heat and meet the legal requirements. Gave me a discount on my windshield as well! They did an awesome job and everything looks great! I even got compliments from coworkers who plan on going here to get their vehicles done as well! Also, it only took 1 hour and they did it as soon as I brought it in! Took my boyfriends brand new 2022 car here to be tinted on 4/25/2022. After leaving he noticed some lines on the windshield which he called to have re done on 4/26/2022. He noticed that the man applying the tint had tools all over the car while he was tinting the windows in the back. After having his tint redone, he noticed scratches all over the car from the tools they use. The lady in the front refused to give me her name, the owners name, or their number. She even went to show us the ring camera footage which showed the tools being placed all over the car. After not being able to get a REFUND we called the police. We will be taking this to small claims court. Please do not go here if you value your vehicle. This is so upsetting. read more

I called this establishment at 9 AM this morning. The owner answered and asked me to call him back in 30 minutes because he was busy so I called again at 10 AM- complying with his brash response. I called to make an appointment to to have my front windows tinted today as I was off from work and had someone to watch the kids. The owner asked what time I would like to come in and I told him a time that is most convenient for him. He stated 2 PM. I arrived at 1:57 PM as agreed upon. It took approximately 5 minutes for the owner to come up front. I informed him of my appointment to which he responded I didn't have an appointment. When I provided him the number of the individual I spoke to this morning- he confirmed it was him and remembered our conversation but stated he was too busy for my appointment and cannot stop his current job. He offered to call me when he was finished but could not provide a timeframe. I told him I have three kids at home and he said to come back tomorrow. I planned my day around this appointment that was not honored or remembered in addition to the poor customer service received during the experience. Go anywhere else- I will. Have been here three separate times, initial appointment, then again because there was scratches in my windshield tint and they wanted to see it before making another appointment, and again for the last appointment where I left to notice bubbles and a scratch in the windshield again. Each time having to wait over 4 hours to have the tints done. Nice people but not happy with the windshield scratches and bubbles. Found this local business on Groupon, I gave them a call easy to schedule appointment. I went in they honored the price of Groupon. The gentleman assisted me in choosing which percentage of tint I wanted and even did my front strip, the appt took about an hour. No complaints so far, now have to wait 3-5 days for them to dry. read more

I'm sure this company has made plenty of customers happy and will continue to do so in the future. They have great prices but with great prices there generally comes a caveat. Although I did not have my car windows tinted here, I was close to doing so. My hesitation began when I saw a poster inside the shop advertising a certain name brand film but the name of the actual film on their heat displays using differing names. I asked to confirm the film being used and was told the brand in question would be used by one rep. Upon further questioning and presentation of a roll by a second rep, it turned out to not be the actual film I had first been told would be used. I am no expert in the film tint industry but a simple google search confirmed my beliefs. Unfortunately, because of this I felt there was a lack of creditability and chose to continue my search for other tint shops. As previously mentioned, I'm sure this company does a fantastic job and will continue to do so in the future but just be sure you know what kind of film you are getting. read more
