I've been using Tito's Sound for years and have spent a significant amount of money there over multiple vehicles. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have convinced me that this place has gone completely downhill. Last summer, I brought my vehicle in because the speakers were randomly changing volume on their own. I was told they knew exactly what the issue was and that it would be an easy fix. I paid for the repair, took the vehicle home, and absolutely nothing changed. The problem was exactly the same. When I called back and explained that the repair hadn't fixed anything, I was told I could bring the vehicle back in and they would diagnose it again for an hourly fee. Think about that for a second. I brought the vehicle in because they said they knew what the problem was. I paid them to fix it. The repair didn't work at all. Then their solution was to charge me again to figure out what the problem might be. At that point, I lost confidence in the shop and never brought the vehicle back for that issue. The final straw happened this week. A wire on a subwoofer THEY INSTALLED had come loose. The fix was simple: re-crimp the connector. We're talking about a repair that takes literally a few seconds. I stopped by, explained the situation, and asked if someone could quickly crimp it. I was happy to throw a technician a few bucks for his time. Instead, I got attitude. I was told they don't do that, and then the manager came out and quoted me $65 to squeeze a crimp tool for about three seconds on a connection that was part of their own installation. For anyone keeping score, $65 for three seconds works out to roughly $78,000 per hour. Obviously, nobody expects free work. Shops have overhead and technicians deserve to be paid. But after years of being a customer, after paying for a previous repair that fixed nothing, and when the issue involved their own installation work, this was a perfect example of terrible customer service and zero appreciation for repeat customers. What was once a shop I trusted now feels neglected, unprofessional, and focused more on squeezing every dollar out of customers than standing behind its work. The facility itself looks run down, the staff was dismissive and disrespectful, and the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. After years of bringing vehicles here, I've finally had enough. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend Tito's Sound to anyone looking for quality service, fair treatment, or customer support. read more

I am an audiophile and enjoy everything music. When my audio system died in my car I was furious. What's the point of going on drives if I can't listen to music. I looked for aces online and found Tito's. I didn't even call just showed up and told them what the problem was. They really cared and you can tell the mechanics and technicians really have motor oil in their veins. They suggested what kind of amp and head unit I should get and explained everything I needed to know with patience. Tito's is all about quality Services. The Workers are really proffession and fast to execute your demands. My truck had mechanical problems and to be honest the service was royalty level. It took a little longer because the staff was very cautious and reminding ppl to practice social distancing and follow Covid 19 guidelines otherwise I Really loved the place and i would definately recommend it to my Friends and anyone with a taste of good Services. read more

Everyone was so nice and helpful and was quick with responses for all of my questions. I got a great price to replace my boyfriends entire sound system in his truck. I called in for an appointment during the busy thansgiving weekend and they were able to fit me in the schedule. I had a great experience with Tito's Sound. The alarm in my car was acting up in the craziest ways and never truly turning off, which was causing the battery to constantly die. Tito's said they could take care of it and they did indeed. Within a matter of minutes they assessed and corrected the problem. It was fast, convenient, friendly, and reasonably priced. At Tito's I felt like a friend. As soon as I got to the establishment, there were employees ready to help me. I was looking to get tints. They said it would take two hours but they finished earlier. The staff at Tito's is very accommodating. I wanted a particular tint for all for 5 windows. Tito's employees informed me that they could do it. They said the job would take two hours. I told them I have to leave in an hour in a half. They made it work.
