Streaming channels I've added stop every 30 seconds and the Eero you told me to buy did not help(money grab?). I'm about ready to go back to spectrum it may cost a slight bit more but it worked and you can talk to a real person with an issue. I've had more issues since I switched 2 months ago the I ever had with them. Customer retention if you have one better call me.​​

When he left, we tried the TV and it did the same exact thing before he got there! Call DIRECTV back so they could send somebody to fix the TV. The only day they had available was today.(Friday. 5-22-26) we had to cancel a doctors appointment on that day because obviously they were scheduling at their convenience and not the customers and we didn't wanna go the entire weekend without the TV. They were expected between 12-4. We get an email stating they were coming early around 10:15. It is now 1235 and no tech has shown up! There's many other problems with them as well as changing your bill charging you for something you didn't order, etc.. since they were bought out by another company it's been terrible! We are changing service and canceling DIRECTV after so many years. Don't let them scam you into getting their service. It's horrible.

The current month i've been charged $155. Yesterday they bounced me around between 6 different agents. Three of them I could not understand because their accent was so thick. The last rep kept telling me they're very best. They could offer is $85/month. Liers and thieves. I can't change companies quick enough. Don't like Frontier, but even they aren't this dirty.

The person helping us said that he couldn't do anything for us and that we had to call customer service first. 15 minutes into being on hold with customer service, the person helping us walked away and made an announcement to the store that anyone returning equipment can just drop it off on the desk. I ended up asking if the announcement applied to us and our helper ended up saying yes, so we chose not to waste more of our time and left the store. The issue is that the process would've taken a significantly longer amount of time if I had not questioned the process that our Spectrum representative was suggesting. Our experience today made us feel like we were not important and that our time wasn't valued.
