FBCS came to my house to help us get ready for guests coming into town. This was their first trip out and by the end, we were very pleased. I have to note that even before they came to the house, I was impressed by the professionalism and expediency in communication between myself and their manager. He really went above and beyond the call of duty from the moment he took my request to the moment he helped finish at my house. I had a good feeling before they even got to my home and that was stellar. As for the cleaning itself, they were a great combination of being professional and also friendly and conversational as my fiance and I were both there for the duration of the service. They came on time when they said they would, cleaned three rooms plus our kitchen, living room and guest bathroom. We have two dogs, one medium sized and one large and they are MESSY on top of construction/remodeling, there was a lot. We were impressed on how well they were able to come in and clean the floors and dusting everywhere. The only thing that could be improved was having a deeper clean, but after conversation with their manager, we realized we should've booked an initial deep clean rather than a routine one. I take that as my fault and by no means a reflection on the cleaners, to the contrary, they still did a bad ass job for a routine clean. They did an impeccable job getting everything done in 2.5 hours and we've been loving what feels like our "new" living area. The Cleaners from Florida's Best come every other week and are always nice and do a great job. Scheduling service was really easy. I just name the day and time that worked for me and they gave me a chill hour window and I was surprised that there were no issues at all. The rep was Wilber and I've never have a cleaning service so I had a lot of questions and he was great, always friendly and very kind.He answered every question and his communication was always quick whether it was a phone call or an email. The cleaning professionals sent were very kind. The two girls come in and get it all done in a certain period of time. I've only had the service twice so far but no one's been angry or rushed and they have been kind and easy to work with. . I'm happy with their service and very glad that the cleaning products they use aren't full of chemicals. It was one of my concerns at the beginning so I like the cleaning products that they use and they do a good job. My overall experience with them is good and it's a sure big relief to me. I am a real estate broker and I was so lucky to sell a great townhome to a great friend. However, after the seller vacated, she was left with a mess (this is an understatement. The oven looked like it had NEVER been cleaned)! I've only used this service once so far, but they did such a good job, and at such a reasonable price, I am definitely using them again. I have a pretty large house, with three cats, and a job that has pretty long hours. I've simply run out of time to be able to keep up the more then just a general maintenance on the house. When the cleaners came through, though, it looked amazing! The floors and mirrors looked great and stayed that way for a while. Everything was dusted, they made the beds, and the kitchen had never looked so good. Possibly my favorite thing they did though, if that they collected all my cat's toys that they found on the floor and decorated my (freshly vacuumed) cat tree with them. I didnt have to tell them what to do they are very organize in the way that they work one lady was cleaning kitchen, other cleaning bathrooms,other cleaning all the windows inside and outside and one focusing in the rooms. Don't even bother to call this unreliable "business"specially if you are a Real Este Business. They advertise them self as doing "deep" move in move out cleaning but they dont want to do anybhard work cleaning. This "business" is run by an unmature and unprofessional guy that brings 2 ladies. He lied about doing a move in/move out cleaning job in my property the day before my tenants were moving in. He committed for a job he didn't want to do, whne he saw it because it was Too DIRTY for him!!! Ummm HELLO!!!! You are in the Cleaning Business!!!!! They just want a quick buck with no hard work.
