Turn on you insta notifications for their page, because good items go fast! You can get some amazing deals and pick them up at the shop. One of my other favorite things they do is the "outfit bar" where they've already put together looks using their clothes that are on sale. You can look through tops and bottoms that have already been paired up. Often they put together things I wouldn't think of that look so cute! The last time I visited, I bought a skirt I LOVED for $18. They gave me the option to forgo the plastic bag, and they would donate .10 cents to a charity. I said "yes please!" and got my items wrapped up in a cute little cloth tie. Love this place!

All the staff here are so nice and amazing. They greeted us from the moment we walked in. I had spoken to the owner on Facebook when I was making the reservation and told her that we had a 5 week old baby and thought I might be bringing him. We needed up having Mom babysit so we could have a date. At least two employees asked about my son and why we didn't bring him. We felt almost like we were family right from the start. I can't wait to come back when they do another meal in a couple weeks! So to start, the only serve meals about twice a month. When they do, there is a dinner from 6-8 on Friday, a brunch from 11-2 and a dinner from 6-8 on Friday and that's it. You need to make a reservation the week prior or the week of. While marking your reservation you will place your order for the entree and whether or not you want desert, which I definitely recommend. When you show up for your meal, there will be a table reserved for you with your name on it, no turned tables here. You can walk around their little boutique until you are ready to sit down. We explored a little first. The architecture on the walls and ceiling are beautiful and will have you looking at them throughout your experience here. The first course will be a fresh baked croissant with homemade cherry butter. Next course is a succulent deep sea scallop on top of Napa cabbage covered in a bourbon glaze. The third course is a salad made from spiral cut zucchini and squash with heirloom tomatoes, dried cranberries, walnuts, and smothered in a velvety, cream goat cheese dressing. Then for the main course, we chose the chicken cordon bleu crepes and the hamburger Wellington. Both were out of this world good. The hamburger, which I had was probably 8-10oz at least, covered in caramelized onions and I believe chanterelle mushrooms, all inside a decadent flaky pastry. Then finally, you finish with a homemade blueberry ice cream. My only regrets from this experience was not getting a picture of the inside of the dinning area, the first and fifth courses, and not giving the chef a hug for preparing the best meal I have had in this area!

Typically at High Tea you choose your tea from a menu of various loose teas, a waiter then prepares and leaves a pot on your table, and you are given a large assortment of pastries and sandwiches that could double for lunch. What I got at A&B etc for $30 was a young lady (14 years old?) acting as waitress handing me a 10 cent Bigelow tea bag, and a small amount of food. I got about a half a sandwich, two meringues, two macarons, and a scone the size of an oreo cookie. I have never seen such a small scone before, they are typically the size of bagels. Had I paid $10, I would have thought "oh well, whatever", but paying $30 seemed like a rip off. Should the owners see this review, I hope they will take this as constructive feedback and make changes. I would love to attend a quality High Tea locally, and hope that the business continues to grow and improve.

Whilst my D.I.L was trying on a few items, my 2 year old granddaughter and I surveyed the children's items. We couldn't make up our minds which of the Warmies animals to purchase and were having fun making up our minds. We were interrupted by a salesperson who very condescendingly asked 'if I wanted anything wrapped', really - I am sure you don't need me to translate what that meant ! My granddaughter decided on an adorable Elephant and a Hedgehog for her little sister. At the counter whilst paying, my D.I.L notice that I was being charged more than the $25.00 marked on the toys. When questioned, Miss Condescending curtly said that they had been marked wrongly and she was about to change the price. I was not going to make a fuss & ruin an afternoon with my family, I paid the 'new' price and my granddaughters were thrilled with their toys. Perhaps, I might suggest, Miss Condescending's time might have been better spent apologizing profusely that the items had been marked incorrectly, or taking them off the display until the they had been correctly priced. Rather she basically admonished us for taking too long touching the little furry animals, before she scurried back to the safety of her cash register.
