I ordered flowers for our daughter after she had a baby from this flower shop. I chose to support a local business instead of a national company. It cost over seventy dollars and it was just a few flowers in a vase. I hoped that the florist Keith would make something pretty for that much money. He didn't even try. I am really disappointed. After seeing a photo of the flowers I called to ask him why it was so little. His response was oh well. He didn't care that I was disappointed in the theft. I will not recommend this business to anyone or use them for any future needs. read more

I stumbled into this shop on the way to another flower shop. They quickly made a beautiful, custom arrangement for a price that wasn't exorbitant. They have lots of options (including artificial flowers), but not so many that it was overwhelming to choose something quickly. Great, fast customer service. read more

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. No one answered the door so they put a "hanger notice" in the mailbox. My sister didn't find it until late and called and the shop made sure that it was delivered the next day. And, WOW! What a beautiful arrangement. My sister sent me a picture of the arrangement and it is even more beautiful than the picture on their website. They are going to be my "go to" florist for every arrangement. The shop assistant called my back on my iphone so she could facetime with me and let me see the wreaths she had in stock for Fall. I think that is amazing service. It's rare to receive such great customer service. I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday (same day delivery). The price was a little high, but I had been told they were the best in town. I talk to my mom on the day of her birthday - no flowers. So I call Flower Gallery the next day and tell them that I don't think my mom received her flowers. They take my name & number and call me back 30 minutes later with the story. Apparently they put the flowers on the side porch and a note in the mailbox and had telephoned but the line was busy. However, they still wanted to make up for her not finding the flowers. So they went over and picked up the 1 day old arrangement, made a new bigger arrangement and still asked me if there was anything that they could do to fix the situation even after they had clearly done a lot. They were extremely apologetic and so kind. I spoke with Shannon, I believe, and she was extremely professional and expedient with her response to the situation. I wish I ran into more businesses as caring and concerned. The flowers are beautiful and my mother is thrilled. Definitely 5 Stars. read more
