New gutters and debris protection look good with the exception of the uneven white line on our lower level that we cured by having it painted to blend in with the roof. Biggest unresolved issue is a large leak on the second story roofline where water pours down the wall during heavy rain and hits our breakfast area window and sill. I requested an inspection under warranty and was promised on more than one occasion someone would be out. After several weeks of inaction, I interacted via text with the owner and GM stating he over promised and under delivered on curing the issue. Still nothing. See photo
