I was in dire need of help! My niece was getting married in less than 3 hours and her "original bouquet" was quite original--to the point that it could not, would not be used! I ran idea after idea through my brain and came up-- empty!! Less than 3 hours until show time, (2 hours until the bride was to be photographed) and a stroke of brilliance hit me...the Flower Boutique!! Yes!! I walked in hurriedly and flush-faced, and was immediately greeted by the owner and her daughter! I explained my dire need for HELP and was in turn greeted with smiles and "here, have a seat, we can help!" Beautiful white roses and lush greenery were quickly placed on the design table and was was skillfully placed to form one of the most beautiful bridal bouquets I have seen--and in record time!! Not only had this saved the day, but the bride was SO HAPPY and the brides mother, even happier! I was hailed a "hero" for saving the day; but I knew who really saved the day, the beautiful owner and her lovely daughter, that so skillfully craft beauty!! Thank you SO very much!! Stopped in today to get a quick bouquet for my wife. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The arrangement is gorgeous and the flowers are all high quality. I'm glad we have a small town florist here in groveport so we don't have to purchase bad product from the giant grocery chain across the street. Had a horrible experience here. Owner (or daughter of) was very rude and insensitive. Everything seemed like your standard small town florist product wise but customer service was more something I'd expect from a large chain. They way they treated my girlfriend while we were there was unforgivable. There's plenty of other friendlier options out there. The response below is exactly how the situation was explained to me. My girlfriend has the right to shake her keys and Frown when she gets bad news. I see that nowhere did she yell or curse anyone in your shop yet you told her never to come back to your shop again. That's how you treat saddened customers under stress? I am general manager of a company that deals with distressed customers daily and am smarter then to kick them out of my shop or ban them from future business when they are upset about a mistake or delayed order. Your response in no way changes my opinion of your customer service. Notice I never mentioned your company messing up an order(even though you have prom dates listed on your counter but took down the wrong date from a teenage girl who explained what school it was for) I said that you are rude and disrespectful. Please try to be more understanding and thoughtful to other employees. At times they will be panicked and scared and won't always be smiling when hearing bad news. read more
