Nobody seems to have any idea what they are doing here. They couldn't find my order when I went to pick up. Service is very curt. Once they figured things out, they couldn't even give me a box to transport the arrangement. Luckily I had someone to drive with me so I could hold the flowers close by. Very cute little shop with a nice location along the mallway! The nice window displays had me curious to stop in when I was strolling by and enjoying the gorgeous weather between the heat waves. As one might expect from the name, there was a variety of beautiful flowers and plants - cute little succulents in particular caught my eye, though the friendly staff person did give me a heads up that they would grow rather large - as well as fun pots and planters! They had some very nice $15 bouquet deals for Friday. There is also a nice variety of cards and gift options such as jewelry, candles (locally made), and more. There is also a small ice cream treat case in the corner, which is a great idea for that location. Fun place! read more

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an online order two days in advance of delivery in the anticipation that the flowers would be delivered in a timely manner during business hours for a special occasion. The business delivered the flowers that evening when the person they were intended for had already left. I called to address the situation and the owner couldn't believe I was disappointed in their service. In addition, the arrangement did not look like the photo and I could have bought the same flowers at Whole Foods for $20, not the $80 that Bloomtastic charged. Then the owner had the audacity to tell me that I would have still have had to have them delivered. The arrangement, delivery, and overall service were completely subpar. Do not use this business. The owner also absolutely refused to refund any of the purchase price. Don't waste your money. read more

I wouldn't recommend Bloomtastic to my worst enemy. Not only were the flowers sparse and nowhere near what was discussed and paid for but their customer service is terrible as well. The venue had to find flowers leftover from another wedding to fill in and fix the head table and chandelier that looked half decorated thanks to Bloomtastic. The flowers were dry and lacking color as well. The photographer has had to take extra time to edit the flowers in all the photos so they don't look like complete garbage. After all of that, the best they could do was offer a measly $150 refund that wasn't received for 2 months after the wedding. If you're considering Bloomtastic, I suggest you keep looking. read more

When the bride complained, Bloomtastic was unapologetic and then asked her to sign an NDA so that she would not post about their terrible services on social media to warn others. Ordered flowers and 3 cookies to be delivered to my daughter's office for Valentine's day one week before her wedding. They delivered 3 cookies but no flowers! Not sure how a florist would not deliver flowers, isn't that their business? I use local florist to send to relatives who live in the Columbus, Ohio region. I currently live in Pennsylvania. My sister was having an important dinner party, I order a beautiful centerpiece that was on the Bloomtastic web site. I contacted the owners several time about this order. Much to my dismay the centerpiece arrived and looked nothing like the one online. I was very disappointment. When I corresponded with them about it. a woman named Heather said the following; "Unfortunately miniature carnations, which is what is in the image on the website, were not available so we had to use full size carnations (there are multiple to a stem on the mini-carnations but only one on the full size) and the gold faux berries are sold out so we used red. ." .....and no gold ornaments either? read more

Bloomtastic were my wedding florists and everything was beyond amazing! My florist Kate worked with my family and myself in multiple meetings and emails and made my vision come to life! She was very organized and prompt to respond to emails. She also was aware of the budget when planning and helped us navigate through the whole process of what we wanted for our budget. The bouquets and boutonnieres were delivered to our hotel and our centerpieces to our venue. We also rented a birch arch from them and they picked everything up after the reception which was great and one less thing for us to worry about. WARNING!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DISAPPOINTMENT!! During our wedding flower consultation, I presented the photo references that we were looking for on our wedding day. Bloomtastic put in descriptions and cost based on the pictures I provided. On wedding day, The flowers were nothing like the photo references or what we asked for. Our backdrop was hideous and they didn't even have enough greenery to do our chandelier or head table. The only thing that Bloomtastic did a good job on is making sure that their business was covered based on the wording in the contract if you are unsatisfied. It took 2 1/2 months to get our refund for the head table since it was not provided. There was pushback on everything else that was wrong and they wanted us to sign a NDA saying that we would not post on any social media. We declined singing the NDA as we did not want other bride/groom's to go through what we did! Never once did we hear from Heather that she was sorry that we were unhappy with the flowers or that she would help make it right. She is absolutely horrible at responding to emails and she is horrible with her customer service. She will make you feel bad about everything! She never takes any blame! I ordered two separate identical arrangements for Mother's Day. The first delivery went well and the flowers were as described (the only reason this review received 2 stars). The other delivery didn't get delivered to the address on the order, rather it was delivered to a previous address from over 2 years ago that must have been in their computer system. I also received a call stating that I had flower delivery on MY porch rather than my mom receiving the call. Realizing my mom did not receive her flowers I called and was told it would 'be taken care of.' My mom did eventually receive an arrangement, but not the arrangement I ordered (which should have been identical to the first arrangement sent to my step-mom). The flowers my mom received were not pretty and looked as if they were put together quickly with what was leftover in the florist shop. I emailed Bloomtastic to express my disappointment and was told more flowers were included in the arrangement to compensate for being out of the original order, as if I should be grateful? It wasn't what I ordered, and more does not necessarily mean better. I would not use this florist again or recommend using them. The customer service response received from this business given the order and delivery issue was their mistake was poor and disappointing. read more

NO!! Terrible terrible terrible! I was in a wedding this weekend and the flowers were suppose to arrive at 10. They didn't give us a number to contact, and they never called to say they'd be late. Not only that, they left the flowers at the front desk and never told us they were there. When we brought the flowers up, they were ALL wrong. All pink roses when they were suppose to be all white! The groom's flower was about the size of a quarter.. tiny. We gave them TWO of our grandmothers rosaries to be put into the brides bouquet... they were missing. Nothing was correct. Not what the bride needs on her wedding day. ON TOP OF THIS, when we called to talk to someone today, the lady on the phone said she would have to let the owner know. When we go into the actual store, the lady from the phone call WAS THE OWNER!! So she lied, and was completely rude and unapologetic about the entire situation. People pay good money for flowers at their wedding... this was a terrible experience. They are not even wanting to refund all of the money. Do NOT waste your money on this awful place. Rude! I simply cannot say enough good things about this florist. They have never let my family down and we've been doing business with them for over five years now. I have ordered arrangements online and in person and they have never been anything other than professional. My girlfriend has loved every arrangement I've had delivered to her. The flowers are always fresh and always look wonderful. And the best part, for me, is that they *last*. We've had vase arrangements that have lasted well over a week and looked beautiful. We went over and had them make a corsage for my son's homecoming date. It was on very short notice and they came through with the perfect corsage. It really saved the entire evening. They are very responsive online via email and via phone. Just a note...If you are dead set on the arrangement looking as close to the picture on their website as possible, consider going with the *medium* size. I used Bloomtastic for my wedding reception this past weekend. It was out of town so I was just picking up the flowers and doing my own centerpieces. I emailed them a picture of what I wanted and how many I needed and they recommended what I buy. It was almost exact to what I needed and we had no waste or skimping on the centerpieces. Centerpieces and wedding bouquets were beautiful. No issues. However, was very disappointed in the wrist corsages. All 6 corsages fell apart before the wedding ceremony. We were unable to use them because the roses fell off. I felt they were cheap looking and not put together well. Just three small rose buds glued to a few leaves on a Velcro strap. The corsage was so small that the Velcro strap was visible on your wrist. Be careful when ordering corsages. read more

Horrible experience!!!!! First when I went to make the final payment on the wedding flowers they tried to charge me the full amount. I had to pull up my statements and show them where the funds came out o my account. No way to keep records. On the day of the Wedding they were late with the flowers to the church and then they only brought part of them we had to have a discussion with the owner about the remaining flowers for the reception table at the church. The remaining flowers for the reception table at the church did not arrive until after the guest had been seated. We paid for Christmas garland for the bridal party table and votive candles to be set in the garland. The votive candles were on the table but the garland was not located until we were cleaning up after the reception. When bringing this to their attention they tried to say none of this was their fault. read more

She knew that she was changing direction on at least one of those aspects and chose not to consult with us -- or even tell us -- before our wedding day that she was making a substitution. The owner blamed us for her failure to fulfill her promises because her contract was poorly written. Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you. read more

I ordered flowers for my mom because she broke her hip and was having surgery. I ordered them well before the 1 pm cut off for same day delivery that it said on the web. About 2 hours later I received an email saying that they were done delivering for the day and that my order would go out on monday. I called to see what the issue was and was given the excuse that the hospital doesn't take deliveries saturday afternoon. I called the hospital who said they had no such rule. When I called the florist to let them know I was met with a hostile manager who said that she had 9 weddings today and she didn't have time to argue with me. Translation:they were overbooked and didn't want to make the delivery, however they would be happy to take my money and do it when it suited them. I used Blumen Garten who delivered the flowers just fine. Oh right and the owner has now tracked my awful reviews of her store and commented on them, insinuating that I cussed at her over the phone and that the Hospital has this rule, She also seems to think that emails aren't time stamped and the I am incapable of reading those times to see the difference in time between when my order was placed and when I was told they couldn't deliver. My wife and I contracted Bloomtastic for our September wedding. All of the initial planning was done by the MoH and the bride, with a follow up done by myself and the bride. At the follow-up, we worked with a girl who was unfamiliar with the order, but who found it and went over everything so we could finalize the order. Day of, the flowers were dropped at the church outside of the contracted timeframe with no notification to the party that they were ready. The bride's bouquet looked nice, but did not include the requested flowers from the finalization. The bridesmaid bouquets had different flowers than what we ordered, meaning that they did not match the groomsmen. The father's bouquets were poorly held together, and the flowers were wilting. The delivery included more than a dozen roses we hadn't ordered, as well as a half-dozen or so extra bouquets. Upon listing our concerns to the company, we received the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Our concerns were belittled or ignored completely, we were patronized and insulted by the owner, Heather Waits. Essentially, we were told that because the company does hundreds of weddings per year, ours did not matter to them. The extra flowers demonstrate to me that we highly overpaid our contract, yet the owner sees this as a bonus, rather than a problem. Because of the actions of the owner, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. The service and quality is not worth the price and aggravation. In response to comment: The flowers were not delivered on time as specified in the contract, they were delivered early. Early is not an issue in day-to-day business, but in a heavily planned and tightly scheduled event such as a wedding, early can cause problems. No attempt to contact the bridal party was made despite the fact that a contact number was requested and provided. Had contact been attempted, the deliverer would have discovered that the bridal party was, in fact, present at time of delivery. The actions at time of delivery constitute bad customer service. Any documentation proving that the bouquet is correct will likely precede the final verification of the order, where slight changes were made; this breakdown in communication demonstrates poor customer service. Due to the inaccuracies in the order, the extra flowers appeared as a careless conciliatory gesture. Had a calm, collected explanation such as we have here been given when we expressed our concerns, the customer service score I gave here might've been a little higher. Instead, we received a dismissive, incredulous, sarcastic, and uncivil reply. That is abhorrent customer service. read more

Check the internet for ratings you will find truth in many of the negative ones. Check the Better Business Bureau as there are 3 complaints filed against this company one of which has never been resolved. DO NOT TRUST what is said in the initial meeting, get it in writing. Check other florists they can provide better pricing, flowers, and service. Check, check, check before you sign with this Florist then make your decision. read more

I ordered a planter for my mother to celebrate her retirement. I ordered one with flowers in it, but the one that was delivered was a different planter with no flowers. I called Bloomtastic and they sent out the correct planter the same day and let my mother keep the one that was originally delivered, too. The 5 stars are for the great customer service - everyone and every business makes a mistake now and then, so I'm most impressed by businesses that really work with customers to correct the error quickly and pleasantly. read more
