He is laid to rest in a mausoleum at the nearby cemetery, so this was already an emotional visit for us. The woman working had an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of offering help or ideas, she abruptly told us that we needed to "know what we want." We were taken aback by her tone and explained that we were hoping for guidance. After all, she is the flower expert. Rather than assisting, she continued to be curt and unhelpful. What made this especially upsetting is that we have shopped here before and always received kind, thoughtful service. Today was the complete opposite. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help customers who were simply trying to honor a deceased loved one. We ultimately left without flowers and with a very bad taste in our mouths. Someone with this level of poor manners and lack of compassion should not be interacting with customers, especially in a business that serves people during emotional moments. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
