I ordered my sister birthday flowers from Flower Kingdom and they stayed fresh for weeks! Such a beautiful bouquet. And when I learned my sister would be gone from house on the afternoon of delivery, I called the shop to see if they could prioritize her delivery so the bouquet wouldnt just sit outside in the hot sun. Honestly, I expected to get voicemail or someone who just said "we'll do our best" but this florist was amazing - she took my request seriously, put me on hold while she called the driver, and came back and said they were re-routing to get her flowers to her earlier than planned. I was so impressed and appreciative. And, as I mentioned, the flowers lasted easily 3 weeks. I much prefer using local florists over an 800# and this is exactly why. Shocked by all the positive reviews. My experience was awful. I called up to have my fiancee and I meet with the designer who I believe was the owner. We were told no appointments were needed and to come in on a day we agreed on. We came in and the owner looked bothered that we were there. She was so rude and didn't even introduced herself or ask our names. She just told us we were too early to pick a florist (which we are not) and then asked us what we would like. When we answered she just started throwing arbitrary prices at us and had us leave to think about what she said. read more

FIVE STARS!!!! If I could give more, I would!!! I live in Los Angeles, have no idea of the Delray area, but my friend's father passed away and we wanted to send some flowers in sympathy.
