An idea I got from samples on display in the store, are pillows they make from photos you provide. I bought a pair as a housewarming gift with the drawing of a new home. These women think a lot of themselves and are "too good" to even talk to customers. I have even heard this from multiple people. On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help.
