I walked in 20 minutes before closing. I was greeted with a smile and asked if I was looking for something special. I had a half dead corsage and boutonnière I carried into the store- from a purchase I just received from another florist near by. I asked the woman if she had anything I could purchase for a school dance the next day. She said she would see what could be done and left me for a few minutes- she returned with a smile on her face and said we can get it ready for you "right now" I waited in their beautiful store for about 10-15 minutes when just like magic, she approached me with the most beautiful rose wrist- corsage and boutonnière and saved the day for a special high school couple in Seymour. Thank you for your impeccable customer service and beautiful work! read more

Had Jun and team do our wedding flowers. They were the only shop in town that responded to our initial request having truly read the email about what we were looking for, instead of responding with a generic list of questions. They then took our ideas and converted them into absolutely beautiful masterpieces in bouquets, flower crowns and boutonnieres that reflected our vision and the Smokies. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and personal touches were greatly appreciated, and made our day so perfect and beautiful. read more

Wow! Just wow! There was a hiccup they had to fix and we are still in awe of these folks. That should tell you a lot. Literally one of the most professional businesses I have EVER dealt with. Ordered dozen and half Tulips for Valentine's Day. $70 When delivered they were DOA. Dead on Arrival. I can't believe they would put together such a poor display. Even ordered two days prior to Valentine's Day to avoid the rush. My wife hoped they would open and come back to life, but only wilted more and fell over by Valentines. Will never use them again. read more

We've been customers for a decade (starting with our wedding), even after moving to Atlanta. This is my go-to flower shop anytime I need flowers in Maryville. I can order in confidence, being a state away, knowing that Jun and his crew will produce a thoughtful bouquet with concern for my budget. 5 stars. read more

I cannot give these folks enough praise. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and she wasn't home when they tried to deliver (she had unexpected gone out of town for a week). They again tried for 3 days in a row, including on a Sunday when they normally aren't even open. When they were finally able to deliver, a week later, they had a new arrangement that my mother said was beautiful and unusual, and although I offered to pay for 2 arrangements, they only charged me for one. Very friendly service and not your typical arrangements. read more

Great customer service and impeccable arrangements! I came from Atlanta, GA and needed an arrangement for my Grandmother and one to also place at my mom and dad's gravesite. Both arrangements were beautiful. However, at the gravesite, the flowers blew over and wouldn't stay. I called Flowers & Such back and they had me return the arrangement. They redid it so that the flowers would not blow over. The second arrangement was even more beautiful than the first. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend Flowers & Such. They have a permanent customer with me! read more

I would highly suggest going with Jun & his staff at Flowers & Such for any of your floral needs! I had a last minute change of heart about Florals for my wedding, and was looking for someone to bring my ideas to life with little time & a modest budget. I knew I was talking to someone who had extensive knowledge of flowers, and did not want to mislead or disappoint me when I spoke with Jun. He suggested I come sit down with him so that I could see for myself which flowers he could combine to create the look I was going for...I'm so glad I did! He surpassed my every expectation while staying within my budget requirements, all within a week of my wedding. I was blown away by the service and quality I received! I'm new to the area and will be using them from now on... Thank you Jun & Flowers and Such! read more

Wanting to use a local florist and after reading the reviews, I chose to order a memorial dish garden with some fresh flowers from Flowers & Such. I also like that it is family owned. I got the deluxe size. I was so disappointed and even embarrassed by the arrangement that was sent. I did ask for colorful flowers to be used in the dish garden and that was done but on the 2nd day, they were very wilted. There were dead branches in the arrangement. Maybe they were supposed to be decorative but they were just depressing and unattractive. The ribbon used looked like it came from a baby shower arrangement, with pink, light blue and white stripes. Not at all appropriate for a memorial. And there was a little bright pink bird in the arrangement that looked very out of place. The whole thing looked like leftovers from around the shop were used and that no care for the occasion or even esthetics were used in the arrangement. I also responded to their email asking how they did but iIt has been several days and I have not heard back from them at all. A very disappointing experience overall. read more

Great service 1 day before Valentine's day, great bouquet, and punctual delivery. Thanks

We came in for a spray for my childhood best friend who passed away pretty last minute. My mother is very picky and has tried about every florist in Maryville in the past but has always been very disappointed with the end result. I don't remember the guys name unfortunately, but he was very kind, patient, understanding and very professional. Just the way he would talk you can tell he was very passionate about what he does. The spray that he did for us was absolute perfection! My very picky mother loved it! My mother and I are very happy that we have finally found a amazing florist in maryville! We will be back. read more

Absolutely LOVE this shop. My husband tried three different flower shops that were major disappointments before trying this one. I won't bore everyone with the horrible details of the other shops. However, if you have had a previous negative experience somewhere else, this shop will redeem the flower industry for you. The arrangement was one of the most beautifully put together I have seen. This vase was put together by somebody who knew what they were doing. Also, I have now had the arrangement eight days. I had to pick out a few sad flowers but the rest of the arrangement is still beautiful over a week later! My husband once sent me a dozen roses to work (from a different shop ) that literally had to be thrown out the NEXT DAY!!! Because of bad experiences elsewhere, I had asked my hubby to stop sending me flowers (despite my addiction to them). I am so thankful that he ignored me and kept trying until he found this place. Thank you Flowers and Such for your gorgeous and professional work. You have earned a new customer for life. read more

My wife's flowers were beautiful. They added some stuff to spruce it up beyond what was advertised and there was a $5 off coupon on the site too. This is the third time I have used them and I have always been pleased. read more

So my husband bought me flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day and had them delivered to me at work on Saturday (Feb 13th). They were beautiful and the chocolate covered strawberries were very nice. The strawberries were actually a nice size and were not mushy. Now I did love that there was a little cover over the flowers to protect them and was told to pull them off when I am ready for them to bloom. So when I got home I took the little covers off and placed them on my kitchen table. NOW here comes why the lower review. My flowers started to die within 3 days.... I could not believe it. By Tuesday they were wilting and starting to show major signs of distress. It wasn't going to be long before they made their next stop in my garbage. I read the card and seen if there was any instructions I was missing. The only thing I seen was the 24 hour guarantee. I have never had flowers die so fast after having them arrive. Even ones I have purchased through the internet and mailed to me have lasted longer than these did. So in the end, something that cost a deal of money during Valentines day and was gorgeous for a couple days died faster than I thought they should have. Very disappointed in the longevity of the flower. read more

On very short notice, my Mother received an amazing arrangement (Louisville) for her birthday. She grows tons of flowers and was seriously impressed with the looks and how long the flowers lasted. Wish I'd known about F@S sooner!! Great local company! read more
