    I just have to "Yelp" with 5 stars for this Florist again. We have now been using them at least once a year, always ordering from a different state, and always with special requests!! They are the nicest, most creative, and beautiful quality of product florist we have ever worked with!! Here are some more pictures of their amazing work!

    Bouquet

    Beautiful arrangement! I sent my sister a couple of photos of what I would want for my wedding bouquet and what I received was better than I could have hoped for. The bouquet was exactly what I was wanting!

    I can not thank Little Pigeon Florist enough! I called at 1 on a Friday to see if they could have an arrangement sent to the hotel that my daughter would be staying at for her birthday weekend. The gentleman that I spoke to was on it! She arrived to her room that evening with an arrangement that was even better than I expected. And to top it off he picked up on the fact that she was headed to Bristol for the game and added a cute little football to the flowers!!! It was the perfect extra touch!

    I cannot say enough about how helpful Shirley was when we came into the store to order our wedding flowers! I had a general idea (which ended up being grossly overestimated) and she helped us to order the perfect amount of flowers for the centerpieces, as well as a beautiful bouquet, extra flowers for the cake, and extra baby's breath for the flower girls' hair. She even saved flower petals for us. We were going to pick up the flowers the night before but we were concerned about keeping them at the right temperature, so Shirley made sure that the flowers were set out the night before to open up. We picked them up the morning of the wedding and they were organized and ready to go for easy transport. I would recommend this tiny little shop to anyone having a wedding, large or small, in the Pigeon Forge area. The prices were very reasonable and the customer service was remarkable. We would have ordered far too many flowers if it weren't for Shirley's help.

But Sevier Blumen always offers flowers that are really high quality and absolutely stunning. They grow specialty cut flowers for the farmers market, local stores, florists, events, and weddings. Since they grow all of their own flowers, they change with the seasons and really reflect whatever colors are in season. They also last longer because they don't cut their flowers until the moment that they are needed. They believe in growing sustainable flowers without the use of chemicals, which I really appreciate! And if that doesn't make them cool enough, they also donate unused flowers from the markets to the Random Acts of Flowers. I always look forward to stopping by their booth at the Farmer's Market and picking up beautiful flowers for the week that I know are going to last. They are always so sweet and friendly and happy to talk about their flowers.

I had a few parameters for them to go off of...a color scheme and a rustic, undone look, and they blew it out of the water. I had compliments all night on how stunning the florals were! I made numerous changes throughout the process, and they were so patient and accommodating. My wedding had to be postponed due to hurricane Irma, and they were so kind to us, let us transfer the deposit, and really helped make a difficult time a little easier to bear. If I could do it all again, I would 100% choose them!!

    I don't normally post things like this but felt like this needed to be out there to let others know…read morein this area about the quality of the flowers from this florist and also the rudeness of the owner of the company. We traveled this weekend and rented a cabin and the resort actually recommended this florist to my friend, Kristen. She had the flowers delivered to the resort and they drop them off in our cabin. The flowers were kept in the cabin until we traveled home to NC on Sunday. When Darin brought the flowers inside our home he said these don't look very good. The Gerber daisies had already started to wilt and pulled one out and threw it away Sunday night. These pictures that you see were taken Sunday night 1/5...just 2 days. I have seen and been around many bouquets of flowers and called the owner of the company on Monday January 6th, both numbers that she had listed no one answered at either one and no voicemail to leave a message. So I left her a Facebook message yesterday evening and she replied this morning (see her actual response). I have checked out her Facebook page with lots of nice comments about local florist and her work . This morning I spoke to her and explain to her I was the recipient of these flowers and she remembered them being taken to the resort. She told me that the pictures that I sent her were due to the flowers being around a heat source and the heat ruined the flowers. I tried to explain to her that the flowers were sitting on the pool table and moved one other time to the kitchen area with no direct vent on them, She kept interrupting me and not letting me finish what was needed to be said on the flowers. She got very vulgar with me and I wish I would've recorded the conversation because cussing at a customer four times is not good business practice! She then proceeded to tell me that I was a rich spoiled b***ch that rented a cabin and spent too much money at Dollywood or vacationing and just wanted my money back from the flowers! I tried to explain to her again that I was the recipient not the customer that sent them I did not pay for the flowers and wanted to let her know the flowers had died after just 2 days! She proceeded to start to tell me that she use the same flowers in a spray for a funeral and they were beautiful for over 72 hours, I looked up this Facebook page again to see if she posted these so called flowers(yellow roses and gerber daisy) it was posted on 12/30/19 and there was also a holiday in there so I feel like these flowers that were used for my bouquet on Friday 1/3/2020 were old are flowers and that's why they did not make it. She proceeded to then blame the resort on keeping them in a hot area before they delivered them to the cabin? Or how the delivery driver from the resort took them to the cabin... Stated it seems to me like they were taken in a golf cart and nobody cared for them? And she decided that the conversation was over and she just hung up on me! I then called Kristen to talk about what just happened and she was mine boggled. I did call the lady back because I was not finished talking with her and she proceeded to cuss at me again and told me there was nothing she was going to do about the flowers they had a 48 hour policy and if I would've called on Sunday she would've taken care of them. Kristen called the lady this afternoon and she basically was the same rude character and stated that if I would've contacted them on Sunday she would have replaced the flowers, by that time we were already back in North Carolina. And talking about answering the phone on a Sunday? When her page says that she's closed... And when I tried to call several times on Monday, January 6 she did not answer the phone then so why would I expect her to answer the phone or on a Sunday? Unfortunately she Has set a poor example for a small business in that area that yes is probably a very tourist town but as a loyal customer to my local florist I cannot even imagine how this woman stays in business acting as rude as she did and cussing and swearing at me four times and hanging up on me not once but twice today. So for all of the great reviews that are on her Facebook page here is one of the very unhappy customer. And yes here are the pictures to prove it. The flowers are in the trash and she has basically ruined a special birthday for me thank you Clarice the owner of Double D Florist in Sevierville, TN!
