The deceased was my sister-in-law's mother. Visitation was from 9am - 12:30pm on Friday, no funeral service and then graveside service at a cemetery 25 minutes away at 1pm. I arrived at 10am at High's Funeral Home Friday - and after looking around - did not find the arrangement I had ordered on behalf of my family. My husband spoke to the funeral home director who said he would look for it - maybe it had been put in another room. Around 10:45am - I called my florist at home. They apologized and said they would check on my order. 10 min later, the funeral director comes by me carrying the European Garden basket I had ordered. He said "the lady" just delivered it. Then my local florist called me back and said the person she had talked to at All-O-K'Sions had said sorry - but they were covered up with funerals. !*! That she would go deliver it. Come to find out - your florist is right across from the funeral home! And my order must have been ready, because it was immediately delivered after questioned about it. The European Garden looked good. It was what I had in mind when I ordered it. Well done. But the fact that it was delivered 2 hours late and that the person on the phone had such a lousy attitude - NOT one of customer service or apology - makes me give you a lower rating. Timeliness and customer service DO matter - especially in your business. Besides that - you are a Hallmark store.

Then Tuesday rolled around, and no flowers. No phone call either letting me know. I called Monday, but knew they were closed - but was surprised there was no voicemail. So I called on Tuesday, told Taylor they were never delivered, and was interrupted to say the irises didn't come in until today. I started to ask why I wasn't called and we missed my mother's bday, and was interrupted again and said I'd be reimbursed and hung up on. I called two more times, and no answer. They also need to have an answering machine and provide better customer service. So disappointed - not even an apology for the delay, and then screening my call.

It had been sold and that it wasn't available for sale yet and that it was on hold for an employee who is waiting to get paid the next day or so either way manager on duty Kim, I believe said no they do not hold an autumn even for employees, but when she went back, they had hid the mower over in garden behind some trees. Finally, it was found, and the manager of that department said he was saving it for his friend Chris. It makes you wonder how long they've been doing this and what process they have been marking them down to their friends for as this Moore had been marked down as a return.
