It took over a week to get and four different scheduled appointments to finally get it. One arm is higher than the other and cuts sideways. The biggest problem with the store is management, after buying this mower I came to purchase another one in which I was called to let know that it was in, but was told I can't put it on hold for an hour for me to get from Nashville nor could I pay over the phone for it. When I got there, I was told several different stories that it was sold that it wasn't in stock. It had been sold and that it wasn't available for sale yet and that it was on hold for an employee who is waiting to get paid the next day or so either way manager on duty Kim, I believe said no they do not hold an autumn even for employees, but when she went back, they had hid the mower over in garden behind some trees. Finally, it was found, and the manager of that department said he was saving it for his friend Chris. It makes you wonder how long they've been doing this and what process they have been marking them down to their friends for as this Moore had been marked down as a return. read more

I don't normally write reviews for huge corporations like this but I need to explain my ordeal and how Jordan at this store saved the day. Here we go... I ordered a washer, dryer and 2 pedestals online at the end of July. When I ordered it, I choose the option for delivery (obviously I wasn't going to pick it up). Fast forward to a few days into August, I get an email saying my delivery date was scheduled for August 10th. At this point, I received two emails. One had the washer and pedestals and the other had the dryer but they both had the same delivery date and the same store fulfilling the order. I thought it was odd that there were two emails but I let it go. August 10th arrives and I had taken the day off to be home for the deliveries. According to the email, I would receive a call the day of or day before to let me know a smaller time frame of when the delivery would arrive. I decided to call at 9am that morning to check on the order. My original email said my order would be delivered from Bowling Green, Kentucky. When I called the store I was informed that my order had been sent off to THREE different stores to fulfill. One store had the washer, one store had the dryer and the third store had the pedestals. On top of that, all three stores were outside of my delivery radius. Why those stores had the order if they didn't deliver to my area, I had no idea. After being so annoyed, I went into my local Lowes to cancel my order completely. When I got there, one of the employees convinced me to reach out to this store (Tullahoma) and see if they had all the items in stock and would they deliver them to me. Let's pause here. At this point, my online order is not going to be delivered to me on the day it was scheduled. All parts of my order have been shipped to different stores that were considering delivering on three different days IF they even delivered to me at all because I was outside of their delivery radius. No one had even bothered to call me to tell me any of this information and the local store I went in to had none of the items I needed in stock. I decided I would try one last time to see if this Tullahoma store could help me and I got ahold of Jordan. He listened to me and said he would try to get some answers for me and call me back. A few hours later, he called back and said he had all of the items in store and would have them delivered to me the next day. I thanked him and expected they would probably end up not being delivered. The next day comes and I got a phone call around noon saying the delivery guys would be there at 1 and they were at my place at 1. Both guys (Matt and Robert) were SO nice, they set everything up for me, made sure it ran properly and even fixed a broken door hinge on the way out. All of this to say, I was VERY frustrated with Lowes when I started this process. It should not have taken all of these steps to get a simple washer and dryer delivered. Lowes is a huge corporation. I would understand if it were a smaller shop but that's not the case. I 100% appreciate Jordan saving the day but I do think there needs to be some changes in the online ordering/delivering process because this was a headache that no one needed. I probably won't order from them again anytime soon and if for some reason I have to, I will definitely be doing it in store and not online. read more

I could spend hours and all my money in this store. I think that they need to up their garden game but other than that they are on point. I think that some of there stuff is over priced but they always seem to have some stuff on the let go. read more

Friendly and energetic staff who worked hard to make sure that the dishwasher i wanted was in stock and being held for me after invoicing over the phone (out of stock in Huntsville and other places). Special shout out to them; they made the trip up well worth it. I recommend this store. read more

We are very disappointed in the Tullahoma Lowes! Twice we called about coming to pick up two different appliances during the Christmas holidays. Both times they said they had them in stock so we drove all the way there to get them. Both times they did not! Both times we immediately called shelbyville Lowes. This Lowe's leaves A LOT to be desired. A few very rude and unhelpful employees distract you from the really nice and helpful ones. Management is great (Ron, Phillip, and John in Installation.) If there was a Home Depot in the area, I would be surprised this Lowe's would still be standing. read more
