(Note that a sign was on their door stating they were not taking prom orders ... so online allowed us to do that, but the sign at the door would have kept me from walking in.) The cost was $15, which was worth not having to create it myself. I was able to select my time for pick up. I gave my name and was handed my flower. Again, easy, and there's so much inside to look at plus flower pots outside for purchase. The reason for 4 stars was due to the service I witnessed two young men receive from the gentleman working at the counter. He insisted flowers had not been ordered from them and the receipt shown for pick up wasn't for their florist. The young men were pleasant and confirmed the order was placed. I didn't care for the tone of the gentleman speaking with them and purposely held back in case I could help. The young men weren't wrong - they had a boutonnière and corsage, and the name on the order - which had been taken by the same gentleman - had been misspelled. Apparently a similar scenario happened to these young men the weekend before for another school's prom. My mama bear energy was activated - please treat young people with more respect and offer an apology (which was never stated).

I was able to make my own and pay per each stem. She was kind enough to trim and wrap them for me. It was a lovely and relaxing thing to do on a day where I got some exercise outside and got to see some friends. Fast forward to January, I found on Instagram that Little Lou Flower Truck was going to be selling bouquets online as well as eucalyptus shower bundles. If you've been on Etsy you know that this has become the next level of relaxation for your home. A calming, soothing scent released by shower steam to help you clear your sinuses. I've really been wanting to do this but I had been having a hard time finding a local spot that was doing it until I saw this post. I ordered three bundles and asked for delivery. Audrey was so sweet! I had asked for 2 bundles to be delivered to my work. She texted me before she arrived, wore a mask and delivered them. She also advised me on how to put them up in the shower. The other bundle was supposed to go to my friend who is also within a delivery zone, however she did not end up receiving her bundle. I reached out to her to figure out what happened. Audrey clarified the address for me and was kind enough to go back out and drop off a bundle to my friends house to make sure my friend got her gift. She went above ans beyond. I am so thankful for these beautiful bouquets, the lovely smells from the eucalyptus and Audrey's thoughtfulness. Can't wait for my next Little Lou Flower Truck find.

Audrey was so friendly and well prepared, making sure I had a bit of water for my flowers since I wasn't going straight home. The flowers were beautiful and very fragrant. The virtual class was great and she did a great job as I learned a few things that will certainly help me when arranging flowers going forward. I didn't get to see the actual truck upon my flower pickup but I'm sure I will soon, as there's no doubt that I'll be buying some more flowers this season. I brought my daughter here a few weeks ago to see the butterflies after remembering that my son enjoyed them when he was her age. At the time my son was here (years ago), the admission was free. However, it's now $10 per person. I was a bit daunted by this because I thought $10 just to see the little butterfly greenhouse garden was a bit much... .... then after we exited the garden, we stumbled across an amazing children's outdoor play garden! I did not recall seeing this place before and my daughter was absolutely delighted! We loved it so much that we left to go pick up my son and bring him back the same day. They both spent hours playing in the dirt, with the toy food, climbing the structures, making a water fountain, playing in the tent, and so forth. Definitely worth the $10 per person for them to have that experience. We were also blown away by the fun selection of decor and children's garden toys and accessories inside the shop. The employees were super friendly and nice, too. Great spot. Will definitely be back. This place has also inspired me to consider having a garden. Maybe.

We visited here with our family on a warm day in March hoping to see butterflies. Even though we didn't see many butterflies this time, the visit was still wonderful. The greenhouse is full of beautiful flowers and the landscaping is very well done. It's such a peaceful and relaxing place to walk around. We also bought a lemon tree, which became a lovely gift for our daughter. Highly recommend visiting. Especially after May if you want to see lots of butterflies!
